  Darn Virus... Could not go.

  I didn't get to go because of the pandemic. However, the folks at the resort were extremely kind and accommodating. It became a last minute, day to day situation and they worked with me all of the time. I dealt with Quinn on more than one occasion and she was super super kind and helpful. She put a Capitol "C"in Customer relations. I am positive that the accommodations are wonderful, but it's people like Quinn who make your visit memorable. Here is an example of what they did. I was set to go on the 7th of March. I called the day before and postpone my arrival for one day. I had just been released from the hospital after being in there for 4 days with stomach issues. That was no problem for them. Then, on the seventh I called and postponed my arrival indefinitely. they told me it was no problem that I could show up anytime before the 14th and I would be allowed to stay until the 14th. Finally on about the 12th I canceled the trip entirely. Quinn seemed genuinely sad that I would not be able to make it. I ask you, what more could they have done. I spoke to two other people besides Quinn at the resort. They were also great. I want to go to this Resort just to meet these folks. Maybe I can cook dinner for them.

  Nice and very comfortable facility

  The staff were friendly m helpful and professional. The condo was clean and well stock with everything in working order. The location was a bit out in the rural area but very pretty and the golf course and surrounding area was beautiful. The amenities were well care for and available. Although we were there during the world Coronavirus crisis the staff was amazing? The weather was rainy but we made the best of it ! It was not close to a lot of restaurants but with a car it was easy to use all the wonderful restaurants and fun things there are to do in Branson. A real family oriented place to stay.

  Home away from home

  At this resort its like being home away from home. Its tranquil, quiet, very good reachable and good service. The service is so fast, I mean they will be there almost before you hang up the phone. My advice is to stay at level 3 its just 1 stair up. If you choose the lowest level you will have the biggest garden and the middle level means no stairs. Overall very nice place well maintained good for kids and above all very safe.

  Fantastic!

  This resort was so nice! We were so comfortable and loved staying here! The staff was great. The rooms were clean. The location is beautiful. I would highly recommend WorldMark Branson and hope we are able to stay here again soon!

  Excellent Resort

  We stayed here for 2 weeks, Sep 26 - Oct 10. Loved this place, pool and hot tub is open till Nov 1st, went everyday only 1 other person there in the mornings when we went. Resort and Rooms are super clean and quite. Beds were very comfortable. 2 Bed room has lots of room, nice view of golf course and trees off the balcony, with gas grill. Shelley, who checked us in, is a super person, very friendly with excellent above and beyond service. She gave us a top floor end unit just like we wanted. Always makes sure you have the supplies you need, and delivers them super fast. Highly recommend this place, we will be back. Worldmark is the best always. Had no sells pressure from anyone.
