  Nice

  I just spent almost 2 weeks here and kinda hate to leave. My room (225) was super nice, very clean, and very well stocked. I had no problems of any kind. Everyone I talked to was super nice and it don't hurt that the place is in a beatiful area.

  Great Location for a Base

  This location was perfect for a base in which to take day trips. It was close to restaurants & the bay, but our unit had no water view. Great undercover parking & easy access to elevators from the parking area. Very helpful & friendly staff.

  Enjoying Stay and beautiful scenary

  I had originally planned this trip with the intentional of spending lots of time on day trips to Canada. Unfortunately, due to Covid the border is closed. We made the most of it and explored the surrounding area. We'll be back hoping in the Summer to explore more.

  You've been warned!

  This review is bittersweet. The staff at this property is 5 Star quality! Each staff member was willing to go out of his/her way to assist customers. The property is nice and close to the beach. During pandemic, many amenities are closed. The 1 star rating is for the WorldMark corporation for 2 reasons. First, I asked to extend my existing stay for one night. Unfortunately company policies do not allow for extending one night stays. I had to make new reservation, which requires a 2 night stay. Next, the hard sales to buy/upgrade memberships. Not my cup of tea. I'll skip and rent a different condo.

  Relaxing stay

  Wife and I had a belated Thanksgiving with our daughter's family in the area, and we decided to use some of our Worldmark points here. The facility, while older than most, is in pretty good shape. Most of the "aging" is more evident in the common areas, while the rooms themselves are still kept very clean. Renovation had closed one of the pools and the fitness facility while we were there, but most everything else was still open. The second floor rooms will not give you a view of the bay -- unless you get a bayfront room. You need to get third or fourth floor to get even a peek-a-boo view. The personnel at the front desk are awesome! Very professional, yet friendly. If you're attending one of the "educational" seminars they offer owners while you're there, make sure you focus the specialist assigned to you on just the recent updates and how to use your points smarter. Otherwise (understandably) they'll just try and sell you on becoming a higher-tier member. Overall, a very nice two-nighter! We would definitely consider returning in the future!
