    Amazing customer service

Amazing staff my gf, and i came to vist, for vacation. The General manager was awesome the staff was awesome. In my 20 years of traveling this was best long term stay i ever stayed at. They were amazing with my dogs, and how they call when one got out was amazing. This is how customer service is done I own a business, and all these employees need a raise. I definitely will recommend this place to friends" and collegue. Sincerely brian very happy customer. The place was always very clean.

    SAD but true - Awful!

I wish I had anything good to say about this place, but we were miserable here. The service was rude, disengaged and non-helpful. The place didn't even have coffee in the lobby...because there was no lobby! The attendent left the desk at 9:00pm! We couldn't get towels unless we turned in our dirty ones, so we decided we would comply after our event. While we were out, someone entered our room and took the towels, so we had no leveragefor new ones! It's extended stay and per friendly, so most guests live there...WITH pets.

    Great Extended Stay

Very accommodating and affordable, especially for military or retired military. Rooms are neat and clean. Beyond the room itself, you pay only for what you want. If you're on a budget this is a very good option!

    Trina

We were in from out of town helping a friend move, and our friend booked us a room at this hotel. It looked really nice from the outside, but when we got into the room we were greeted by a welcoming committee of a solid mix of tiny to mammoth cockroaches. And at first I said okay, we can coexist. If we can respect each others space, we can all live in harmony. However, these were very very bold roaches. When it comes to sharing a bed with them, I draw the line, no matter how hospitable they tried to be. So we fled to the holiday inn down the road and called the number for the Woodspring. It sent us to corporate where we talked to Donna about our conundrum. Donna said she called and talked to the night attendant, who, I dont want to name names here (Trina) said to call in the morning and we would be offered a full refund. We called in the morning and left a message with our name and number to call back, and five hours later we hadnt heard back. We called again and said we needed to speak with the night attendant (Trina), and the person on the phone said to call back in ten minutes when her shift starts. So we called back and said we needed a refund for our room. The night attendant (Trina) put us on hold which consisted of her laying the phone down for fifteen minutes while we listened to her conversation before she eventually just hung up on us. We called back and she asked us to hold again, to which we didnt have a choice. Then when she finally got back on the phone we told her again we needed a refund for our room and repeated the situation for the 40th time. She said she doesnt remember talking to Donna about the roaches the previous night. We said, okay, it doesnt matter if you remember, we still need a refund as we didnt stay there. She said Well your room isnt even checked out. We said, yes that is because we ran screaming from the hotel, but we called corporate who informed us you were notified. She responded by telling us again that she didnt remember that. Then she said the room isnt registered to your name anyway. My friend said the room isnt registered to *insert name here*? and she said Oh, yeah thats the name. Well we cant give you a refund because you booked with expedia and you have to go through them. Okay, Trina, why wouldnt you have told us this at the beginning of the conversation before making us wait on hold and argue about being checked out and whether or not you remember have a conversation the previous night. Also, you definitely had the conversation last night, otherwise we wouldnt know your name, TRINA. So we talked to Expedia. Expedia called them, and the hotel said that they couldnt discuss a refund until a manager was there on Monday. The Expedia worker advised us to take back the keys anyway to formally check out. We went back to the hotel and waited for the coughing receptionist to put her mask on, and then we told her that we were here to check out. She looked up our room and said okay I cant give you a refund though, I can just check you out. We said yes, we are aware of this. Then she said oh and wandered over and got her phone and was reading things on there and the computer, and at this point we couldnt tell if we were even supposed to still be standing there because it was such a strange transition. Finally she said I cant actually check your room out, Expedia has to do that. We said Expedia has to check us out of the hotel? She said yes. We said, okay is there some sort of paper we can have saying we checked out on this day. She said no Expedia has that, they have to check you out which just isnt true, but ok. Also there were roaches trotting around in the lobby while we were having this conversation. Im pretty sure by this point Trina had fled state lines. Which like, ok valid, I probably would too. So if anyone is still reading this, Id like to advise you not to stay here. This review was mainly for cathartic purposes, and Ive got to say, I feel better.
