  In town to see family

  Don't stay here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My sister and I stayed 3-3-18 and a man was trying to break in our room at 3:00 a.m. Then he started knocking on the door and asked us to come out. We did not open the door and my sister said, "you've got the wrong room." This man also tried using his key card to get into our room. His female companion appeared to be smoking marijuana in the hallways. Tried calling the front desk after the incident but was forwarded to online security company. In retrospect, should have called the police. Complained to management and they said "they would look into it." The third floor had a heavy weed smell. Our room was clean but not enough shampoo.

  Visit

  I have visited this place many of times and have nothing but great things to say very nice place at this location bernard Scott is a big help when ever we needed anything he was on top of it I have not visited a better hotel yet thank you for your service it is well appreciated feels like home away from home and comfortable to me in a hotel is key thanks again and I will definitely ne using this hotel in the future thanks again for your great service bernard Scott Sylvana.R

  Horrible to sleep. NOISY

  Beds are not comforatable. Freeway traffic will keep you awake. Every heavy footstep is heard from floor above. Refrigerator kicks on all night. This should not quaify as a suite. It's a FAKE suite. Cheap furniture. Very clean though. They offer shampoo/conditioner, 2 bars of soap.Towels and a wash cloth. That's it.Nothing more. Didn't see any coffee anywhere.

  Amazing customer service

  I cannot thank Bernard Scott enough for the service he provided. I am a property manager in Grand Rapids. We had an incident where our tenants were displaced because of a fire. I had a tenant with children needing a place to go, and Bernard went above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of all while providing excellent customer service. I heard the hotel was well kept, clean, and everyone was very nice. The kids loved having a mini apartment which is awesome to hear because a fire would be scary. Thanks Bernard and the rest of the staff at WoodSpring Suites GR South. Keep up the great work!

  Never again

  Never again. After the front office closed the hall ways would fill with pot smoke. It was like 7pm would hit and it would be party time. A female employee with glasses walked down the hall way yelling F*@*k masks, Im not wearing it. They didn't enforce masks. We even heard them telling customers that they didn't like masks so they didn't enforce them. I also had to clean the floors in our room there was a bunch of junk in the corners and under the beds. The fridge had yellow stuff spilled in it, and food crumbs in the dresser drawers. There was litter all over the parking lot, and at least 2 broken down cars that look like they have been there for some time. This is a newer hotel, but it looks like its at least 20 years old. We could heat a fight outside of our room and it had scared my daughter to the point of crying.. The cops were also there at least 3 times during our stay. I was so stressed out while we were there. Never again
