  9 months and its become like home

  Ive been staying here for 9 months and Im sad but have to move on. Nicole, Cassie, and everyone here - have been wonderful hosts and have become like family. Im going to miss coming home to here every day.

  Great location, friendly staff, very clean

  I was here long term for work. House keeping only comes In a few times a month. I love feeling at home and not worrying about someone waking me up everyone morning for house keeping (so annoying) Love Cassie the house keeper. She is funny and sweet like your mom or something. I felt she wanted to bake me cookies. She even folded my pjs and left them on my bed (twice a month). ;-) Thank you Cassie! Nicole the manager is fair and knows what she is doing. Takes time to really observe what is going on the hotel (nothing gets by her). The rooms are simple and there are no surprises. You pay you stay. Very upfront and I like this. Great short term option for professional people (like me). I urge other professionals and companies to try this place out. Loved going to tilted kilt which is close by. Expressway access is a must and this is very close. If I am ever in the area again I will come back and visit these folks.

  The best hotel

  My stay was great Whenever I needed something Thomas was there to save the day Rooms were clean by Cassie sees a really great housekeeper And none Was a great person to whenever you needed something else she was there to grab it or find it This place was really great it helped us out a lot And let me tell you this is one place I will stay every time thanks again and again Oh and did I mention they're great with kids One more thing Nicole was 1 of the nicest People that I ever met she was very understanding 2 She would help you out if she can she would probly give the shirt off her back

  We have an extended stay at Woodspring Suites and highly recommend this hotel. The staff is exceptional. From Cassie who was very thorough and detailed with the housekeeping to Thomas, Nicole and Rori at the front desk who were so polite and helpful no matter what the question or issue. Despite Covid-19 this staff is still so committed to their quest and making sure our stay is as comfortable and worry free as possible. GREAT JOB STAFF AND THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

  Great Staff

  Great experience with the best staff I have ever been around. Nicole, Cassie and Thomas are the absolutely best. Could not have imagined what it would have been like without them. They are very helpful in every way possible.
