  Better than expected

  Staff were absolutely delightful, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with good choices. Family room perfect even though the shower dribbled our water. Pillows were huge. No Restaurant available.

  Very nice hotel

  Staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout. Good sized, clean room & features, enormous bed! They are currently only offering room service while the restaurant is being renovated but having breakfast in the room in the mornings was lovely. Good variety of breakfast foods on offer. Would definitely stay again.

  Wedding Anniversary 3 night Break.

  Well impressed with the service, very nice management and staff, nothing was too much trouble, As we arrived we just happened to mention it was our Anniversary, and within the first half we had a knock on our door and presented with a bottle of Prosecco on ice, with compliments of the Management. Much appreciated gesture, Due to Covid -19 Rules The Restaurant was closed so we had dining table in room, Breakfast delivered to room punctually ever morning. They cope very well under the current climate, Added Bonus was you are able to have takeaways delivered to your room. well recommended,

  Appalling service

  Dreadful service, I never received confirmation of the booking because my email address was wrong on a third party website. ( my fault) They called at 18:49 on the day of the booking and complained that I didnt cancel the booking and that they would still charge me. They then charged me twice. £365 in total. I told them I wasnt happy and they claimed I was blackmailing the hotel by reporting them to the third party booking agent. The email response was awful too, like it was written by a student. Email address is also wrong on website. Would suggest you book somewhere else and save yourself the drama.

  Pleasant Stay

  My wife and I recently spent 5 nights here. The hotel is working really hard to remain Covid-safe. Our room was spotless but as a rear ground floor room it didn't have much of a view - a fence a few yards away! Not a problem for us as the room was very much a base for exploring the area. Staff extremely friendly and - as mentioned elsewhere - a great breakfast. The owners are renovating the restaurant/bar which will not be open until the new year. Bit of a shame as restaurants in Tenby are very busy this year but we didn't starve!
