  Quiet rural setting,near German Tank Museum, Family friendly.

  Very nice restaurant with good food and beer. Rooms are very decent also, for a country side, family-run hotel; clean, comfortable and well equipped. There are activities for kids. For smokers, there is an isolated place outside (with indoor room) to enjoy your pipe or cigarette! Quiet rural area near Soltau. Good point from which you can visit German Tank Museum in Munster (not Münster!).

  A nice place in the nature

  I think Wolterdinger Hof is a very relaxing place to stay. Nice atmosphere, no noise and you can indipendently go and come back at every time of the day (as you can take your own key from the beginning to the end). Rooms are simple but very clean and with quite some space. Breakfast is cool, even if it is more oriented on salty than sweet. Price is very resonable. The only thing that is keeping me from giving 5 stars is the breakfast room, which is quite small compared to the number of rooms and it is on two levels, divided by about 10 steps. In any case, I will surely re-consider the hotel if I come back to the area.

  Great for roadtrip

  Hotel is slightly on country side, 10km from autobahn. You get great value for money and breakfast is great. If you also enjoy nature this is a great choice. Area includes private parking. Staff is polite and speaks english. Rooms are already a bit worn out but clean.

  Value for money B&B

  Perfect location for Heide Park visit. Paid 99Euro/night for a familyroom including breakfast. Room was clean, but the place looks run down and not to well maintained. Rooms are 70s style, but clean and the place was quiet at night. Breakfast fair but basic.

  Terrible - please read this!

  We booked this hotel for 2 nights... At arrival, its doubleboked, but they solved that. The apartments had no heating, so it was 11 degrees inside. (No heating until day 2) The hot water in the shower had ran out, so no shower... There were mold in one of the bedrooms but the hotels employee answered that its not that much!!! (And it smelled terrible) Towels were dirty and all areas were filthy in the apartments, and spiderwebs all over the place. Both mornings the breakfast ran out of food before we arrived at 0830, and there were no place to sit in the restaurant. Wifi - forget about it. Both day 1 and 2, the lobby was full of guests complaining on various subjects. Ive never seen so many angry guests at the same place:) And the owner sent a poor 15-year old employee to meet the angry guests, while the owner stayed upstairs and refused to come down. By far, the worst Hotel-experince in my life, and I travelled a lot!:) All angry guests agreed that the positive reviews made on tripadvisor and booking, must had been written by the owners themself or their friends. No way they could get 7,0-10,0 in real reviews! DO NOT GO THERE!
