  This by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. When I call for reservation we were promised a table in the hotel at the lobby, we actually end up sitting outside the hotel. I clarified this with the person who claimed to be the "Hotel Manager", the respond I got was shockingly rude, the "Hotel Manager" told me off "If you don't like it you may go" without any refund even before I had any meal. This is by far the worst service hotel ever, would not recommend anyone staying or visiting this bad hotel. I end up not enjoy my break of fast due to this shocking rude encounter. To avoid disputes and confrontation from the unprofessional hotel staffs visitors are better off staying in other hotels who have more manners and professionalism.

  not worth the money even it's very affordable, a very disappointing experience.

  The hotel is very poorly maintained. My family booked 2 rooms and request to stay in room next to each other, but the air condition was not working for one room so they finally agree to let a switch to another room (which is very far apart) after we insist as they say the hotel was fully booked. But the second room's shower head is unable to function properly due to a leaking pipe, and the toilet wall was moldy too. We stayed for one night because the payment is already made and not refundable. The location isn't too bad, and the bed is fine. However, I will recommend travelers to stay at other newly opened hotels around that area as I saw some during my stay there.

  Disappointing

  Stayed there one night. Badly maintained, showers hot water is not even hot, towel racks broken, towel was disgusting, cupboard broken, lots of cheap touch ups and worst things is they dont even have fresh milk for your coffee at breakfast. Not gonna stay there again

  Clean, comfort and not so expensive hotel

  I was staying in this hotel for a business trip, 4 days and 3 nights. The first impression of this hotel due to it location at the shoplots, was an ordinary Inn or motel type. But when i enter in, i was astonished by it good looking lobby, interiors and design. The building painted black or dark brown, but with it creative interior makes the hotel look classy, modern and beautiful. It make you want to come here again and stay in this hotel again. With only 2 storeys hotel, you can go up to your room either by elevator or stairs. The door design is very modern, the door lock is modern and the ring bell is very impressive. The room bed ja very comfort, not smelly like other hotel and spacious. They prepare a mineral bottles in each room, beside tea and packet of coffee. Overall room is great, toilet is clean and come with water heater. The only issue is the TV channels is few only, and the TV you cant plug any hdmi cable to it. My first nite stay here, the internet here is awful due to they having issue with their router. But my second night was better, i can play a match of PUBG, and two episodes series from AppleTV. Overall, this hotel i can rate as 8/10! A must stay hotel!

  Would Think Twice

  expensive when the whole experience was uncomfortable although staff did put in effort to come to our rooms, nothing was resolved old room #250 air-conditioning only produced air (not cool) & had an awful smell, new room #249 had no windows nor could a/con settings be controlled - to turn off the a/con means having no power in the whole room room #229 has disturbance - noise cause by food court downstairs/outside only room #233 had a great view & was good AVOID staying at New Wing when entrance is so dodgy similar to a back alley semi-buffet - white bread, coconut jam, peanut spread, margarine, hard boiled eggs, coffee & tea were unlimited but only three (3) choices for main course hotel collects RM50/- refundable cash deposit free Wi-Fi could not open important websites e.g. outlook.com but WhatsApp (social networking mobile application) was fine
