  Excellent Hotel in an Excellent Resort Town

  This is the third time we have been to Bad Füssing, on a long weekend stay, enjoying its 3 splendid and big Thermal Baths, and the leisurely walk around the beautiful town center. This time we had a memorable stay at Kurhotel Wittelsbach. The junior suite for the 3 of us ( my wife and son) was big: after entering, a corridor led to the main room which had a big bed, a living room, and a separate big wardrobe. The other room was smaller and had a single bed, and here was the toilet/bath which was small relative to the suite, but fully functional. It was Fronleichnam (Corpus Christi or Last Supper) and starting at 6pm, the hotel led by couple that owns/runs it, served welcome drinks to its guests (which were many!) and for dinner was Spargelbüffet (buffet of Asparagus) with all the trimmings: soup (spargelcremesuppe with salmon, the best of its kind I have ever had), entre, dessert and main course of beef, salmon and zander, with spargel. The restaurant was roomy, and our table was reserved for us throughout our stay. We had hearty breakfasts, and meals at the numerous restaurants nearby. The hotel is at the heart of the town, and it was just a short walk to EuropaTherme, and to the shopping area. Reception, room- maintenance and restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel has comprehensive health and spa facilities and services which many hotelguests were actively using, and the swimming pools even used the same Thermal water source, but we were after the Thermal Baths. We will defintely stay at Hotel Wittelsback next time we go to Bad Füssing!

  comfortable, clean rooms, great staff ,traditional Bavarian decorations throughout........AND a laundry which is not found in most hotels !!!!!!. We were upgraded to two rooms without charge. good breakfast. Received a small gift when departing . Would definitely stay again.

  Old fashioned, cozy hotel with great staff

  Just staying two night, but very enjoyable ones. Came here for some relaxation and we found it. Very nice, old fashioned and cozy hotel. Warm welcome and great staff throughout the whole hotel. Nice pools and facilities. Everything was clean and in order. If you are looking for a fuzz-free stay - this is the hotel for you and I know this sounds like an advert, but I assure you - I was not paid in any way :-)
