  Quick trip

  We normally stay at this hotel when in the area. The location is great and it is always clean. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is due to not having USP ports in the room. I don't always have a plug in for my electronics' chargers, so this makes it hard to keep them charged. Also, the right side of the bed only has a stand-up light, no nightstand. We will continue to stay at this hotel when in Louisville, but I need to remember plug-ins next time. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Disappointed

  The best part of the stay was the room itself. The pool is not heated, therefore we didn't get the opportunity to use up the time for what we signed up for during covid. There wasn't a selection for breakfast except for a muffin and juice. The employees only put their masks on when they noticed people were walking towards them.

  Quick family trip

  We generally stay at this Wingate when visiting family in Louisville. As usual, the property was nice and clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We normally don't use housekeeping, but stopping at the front desk, we got additional coffee for each morning. With the pandemic, the hotel was very quiet and mostly empty. The location is convenient to the interstate and there are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Breakfast was limited and was bagged, but we expected that.

  emergency stay

  The Staff were attentive and safely wearing ppe. Friendly service and very clean room. Very impressed! We had a snow fall over night and the area was perfectly cleaned off first thing in the morning. We highly recommend you consider this Motel.

  Good Room Bad Breakfast

  Too many places using COVID as an excuse...handed out terrible bag breakfast....it would be better if they had no breakfast and handed out vouchers to local restaurants. Breakfast at local Waffle House was great.
