  Me aloje en este hotel en febrero del 2009 porque la aerolínea en la que viaje perdió la conexión a LAX y nos ofreció este hotel de forma gratuita, así que desconozco su precio, sin embargo es un hotel que se nota que es de paso sin dejar de ser cómodo, las camas y el baño son cómodos, desde el aeropuerto te llevan gratis en un shuttle ya que queda muy cerca.

  Not up to CDC guidelines

  When I arrived to the room there was hair left on the bed and when I uncovered the comforter, a nice pubic hair also greeted me. Even better: when I looked under the bed, someones underwear was sitting sprawled out. Toilet wouldnt flush and looked dirty. So gross being here.

  Excellant location, very convenient for parking, VERY disappointed restaurant was not open, especially since I was told, at time of booking, that it was open. I asked the person on the phone 3 different times, and he confirmed each time that the restaurant was open for in person dining and takeout.

  Horrible experience. Room was fine, noisy but that is to be expected given proximity to airport. Shuttle service completely worthless. We flew in at 11pm and called the hotel 3+Times. Waited over 30 minutes then finally just paid another shuttle service $10 to take us to the hotel. Front desk lady didnt care. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  DO NOT TRUST!!

  We called at 9:30 pm afer getting luggage. 10:00 pm called back, she said he had just dropped off a large group from delta and he was on way. 10:40 called back again, she said he had gone back to delta but would be there shortly....mind you it's 10° and my ears are numb..no to mention we live 1 hour north of airport and could have been home!! 11:00 PM...NOTHING. my husband offered $20 to another parking service to take us back. REALLY!! We didn't get home until 12:30 am. Wtf we have asked several times to speak with manager and just get the run around. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR VALET CONNECTIONS!! As previously mentioned in other reviews the driver is rude also. Good luck if you choose to stay at wingate or quality inn on middlebelt...so not worth it.
