  Just what we needed and hoped for on our trip.

  After seeing the other reviews on this hotel, I decided this was the ideal stop on our way to a local tournament. We checked in late and truly appreciated the bedding comfort as we had hoped for a good night's rest. Then to wake up to such a quality, well-rounded breakfast...that got the day going just right. Would definitely stay in this again.

  There is a very special person at the desk by the name of Michelle.

  She is always there to help and assist with everything. You name it she is right there for you. She has a very congenial, friendly, vivacious personality. The hotel was always immaculately clean and the food was terrific.

  Wyndham Stay

  Our stay at Wyndham was delightful. The front desk clerk made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped into the lobby. The Wyndham was so clean. All of the staff were polite and informative. The breakfast was delicious. Especially the waffles.

  Excellent Customer Service

  In a time a crisis this was a perfect place to be staying. All of the staff were polite and accommodating. The room was a decent size which gave me the space I needed for the week I was there. I wouls definitely return to this location

  Awful stay. Disgusting room, grossest pillows ever, begrudging service, very noisy

  I checked multiple times to make sure I was reviewing the same hotel as others. Our experience here was beyond dissappointing and flat out gross. We were travelling with a pet (for which we do pay an extra cleaning fee), and given what felt like a forgotten room, which was flat out disgusting. Frayed carpet, mold in the bathroom above the door and mirror, and gross sticky orange stuff all over the plastic wrapped cups in the bathroom (like someone with dirty hands had placed them there). Worst of all, the MOST DISGUSTING pillows I have ever seen in a hotel. Square, tiny bags of dirty old cotton balls. Absolutely ridiculous. We had to beg for two more pillows from the rude and disinterested clerk. The walls are paper thin, we heard TVs and voices all night and the lights in the parking lot are so bright that even with blackout shades (that were broken and off track, so we had to fix ourselves) the light just streams into the room. Trash is piled up and overflowing in the hallway trash cans since it seems like people are living here long term. I really don't understand the positive reviews here, there is nothing to like about this dump. Avoid at all costs. I don't understand why this hotel is on Amex and am making a complaint to them.
