  Amazing views, lovely apartment

  Stayed in number 24 which is on the top floor. Only 2 apartments per floor. You need a key to get to the 9th floor apartments and the car park is very secure. 3 large bedrooms, well designed with bedrooms at the back of block so much quieter. Big rooms and spacious living area and well appointed kitchen. Washing facilities, ensuite and 2nd bathroom. The views are to die for and location is fabulous being an easy walk to the shops and wharf area. Coles is only a short walk around the corner. Nev the manager was very helpful and always cheery. The pool was a lovely temperature and the entire complex, although dated was very well maintained. Take your binoculars to look for dolphins and whales. Strictly no party policy which is great when you are wanting a nice quiet getaway. Never wanted to leave.

  Windward Apartments

  Have been a returning guest to these apartments for many years. They have been well- maintained , are always spotless and are from in an excellent position to enjoy not only the wonderful views of the ocean but also the day-to-day activities happening on the beach and in the lovely shopping centre which is about 100 metres from the front door. Bus transport to other townships on the Sunshine Coast is available also available almost outside the front entrance. Absolutely an incredible place to experience life on the Sunshine Coast.

  Amazing views, spacious apartment

  We stayed 6 days in apartment 19. Absolutely fabulous sea views. Apartment was extremely spacious, older but semi renovated, very clean and well appointed. We had everything we wanted. Walk to the beach, walk to restaurants, walk to shops, right in the heart of Mooloolaba. Gloria and Nev were lovely hosts. Good security.

  Great location and massive apartments

  We stayed for a week in December 2020. Ocean and beach views which captures the magnificent sea breezes. The room sizes are great and the large apartments means the family can spread out and not be in top of each other. Very helpful staff if anything is needed but you can be very self sufficient. Literally a 3 minute walk to Coles and the stores on the esplanade gives you heaps of variety of fast food or restaurant. The proximity to the beach is great too and lots of walking paths in both directions Pool area is sufficient for the kids and adults and a break from the beach with barbecue facilities and a games area with snooker table. My family has been staying here for years and is always our go to spot!

  Great Location and comfort

  We have just returned from our second stay in a row over the New Year period. The 3 bedroom apartment we have stayed in both times on the 4th floor is ideally located to the main strip , shops etc ( only 100mt walk ) . The rooms are bright, well furnished with the basics, and the kitchen has all your necessities . The unit may require an upgrade soon, but is still great nonetheless. the bedrooms have ceiling fans and do get hot at night. The A/C in the living area though works well. Great balcony views and THE best coffee take away shop is located right next door.....YESSS !!! Golf course close by and the main beach is appx 150 mts from your door. Great family friendly place and attentive on site Managers. We love this place.
