  Great to be back again

  First time since lock down ended and holiday plans changed. Probably the 10th time staying at Windsor House and not disappointed. Craig the excellent host as usual. Tasty well presented Breakfast. Clean well equipped rooms. Like going back home.

  Amazing place to stay

  Me and my partner stayed here over the weekend of 18th-20th September. It was a lovely place to come for our first weekend away as a couple and my birthday. We were booked into one of the Budget Double rooms and while it was small, we knew that this was to be expected. Our room was pleasantly decorated and although slightly dated in my opinion it only added to the charm of the place. Our bathroom was quite small and it was a squeeze to even use the toilet since the door didn't close properly. It was clean though and the towels were soft and obviously fresh. With regards to cleanliness we could immediately tell that the room had been cleaned thoroughly by the smell of it, this was reassuring considering the current climate. The bed was soft and warm with ample pillows and the amenities such as tea/coffee and even cotton earbuds in the bathroom. Breakfast on the 2 morning was perfect for us, soft yolks on both morning and everything was indeed cooked fresh. We were separated into 2 dining times to minimise guest crowding but this was still handled well. We will certainly be back again on our next visit here to Blackpool and hopefully it won't be in the middle of a pandemic. 10/10, will and have recommended this place to all our friends and family.

  Fantastic B and B

  Arrived around 3pm on friday to be greeted by Craig a pleasant chap who explained the covid rules and gave us our key, he helped carry our bags upstairs to room 7 which was a nice touch, the room was slightly old fashioned but everything you could need and very clean! Breakfast was superb served between 8.30 and 9.30 as due to covid had to do 2 sittings, we had a full english cooked well with unlimited toast and tea and plenty of extras sauce, jams, juice etc... We stayed for 2 nights and genuinely enjoyed our stay we were made to feel very welcome and was offered fresh towels, tea bags etc.... during breakfast on saturday morning. We will certainly stay at Windsor House again and thanks for having us

  There's always something missing when you go for a a short break and not paying extortionate prices but not here everything well thought out and spotlessy clean. The breakfast is fab too thank you
