  Best location!

  The Windrifter is what the owners consider a heritage resort. An older resort with charm and character. You can't compare this resort to a Marriott Vacation Club or Wyndham which are very modern. I did my research so I knew what the resort had to offer and it was a comfortable place to stay. The furniture and appliances were older but functional. We stayed in the main inn in a one-bedroom unit. Not as big living space as we are used to in other timeshares, but okay. Nice deck with a table and chairs with partial golf course view with colorful fall trees. Location was great. A mile from town. They did have another Yacht Club location on the lake right in town. Staff was very friendly. Covid precautions were taken seriously. We stayed for 10 days and were able to get supplies like clean towels, etc. whenever we needed them. The lakes region is a truly spectacular place to be during fall foliage season. We were very happy we stayed here and were able to explore the lakes area.

  Friendly Staff

  For the price point this is an incredible deal. The resort may be on the quainter side, but it's amenities and location more than make up for it's age. The pool is great and he staff are so friendly and helpful. The sunsets from the balcony were incredible.

  Could have been so much better with a little effort

  The location was awesome, the general area was wonderful and there was plenty of hiking. Just what I wanted. The unit was, however, not clean- it did not seem that the floor had been swept and there was no brush for the dustpan to be able to sweep the floor and although reception was informed, none was ever provided. In winter when dirt is being trekked in on the bottom of shoes, it would have been easy to provide a way of brushing it up. Having hair left in the bathtub from previous occupant was gross.

  Wolfeboro Charm

  We stayed here during NH school vacation week. Great place with kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Unit GW was perfect for our family. COVID has changed a lot. No access to the barn and fitness center. It was fine though and served as a nice base for our lakes region adventures.
