I will do my best to share both the positive and negative aspects of this resort. Let me start with saying that this is not like any all inclusive resort we have ever stayed at. Its actually open to the public to come and swim, (for a fee) and use the bar services. (To our surprise, the only people getting bar service were the paying public; we had to go to the bar and got our drinks in plastic cups compared to the glass containers for the public.) Anyone can walk into the property at any time of the day. The views, especially sunset at right out of a movie. They are spectacular. The view from our room was also magnificent. It was a nice room with a nice big shower. At our arrival for our one week holiday we were informed that it is now. Low season and that as English speakers we were going to be disappointed. Hows that for a world class welcome. It turns out she was right. We were very disappointed: this resort caters only to the French. The receptionist was pleasant and tried to assist us in English but she was the only one. There was not a single tour, excursion or resort activity we could participate in. They were exclusively for the French. There were no beach extras other than one jet ski. No paddle boards, no kayak, no catamarans, nothing. Even all the pool activities during the day were in French. (Thank God for noise cancelling headphones) FOOD. This is its own category. There was no alacarte. We had to eat in the cafeteria at the buffet every meal every day. They tried to vary the offerings and a protein was cooked in front of you daily. It was ok. We eventually just left the resort for supper at a nice place that at least served wine from a bottle not a cold spigot out of a dispenser. There was a fellow who looked like he was the main guy. He was there every day from breakfast until the end of dinner service. He always had a smile and seemed to genuinely care. The absolute WORST thing we discovered is their ZOO. They have a monkey, a goat, some sort of deer and a golden retriever all contained in cages inside of a very small compound. It was the most disgusting thing we have seen in Europe over the past two weeks. IN CONCLUSION: By European standards, especially the French, this is just splendid. If you are North American this is an excellent 3 star Mexican resort for French people. You are right that we have a number of French guests due to the cooperation we have with TUI France and that's why you can hear French language all around. There is few points in your comments for which we want to give more details. The resort is opened, as you mentioned, for outside visitors as well, but not for free - there is a board on resort entrance with information for the paying entrance fee. All inclusive program is organised for hotel guests to take their meals & beverages by themselves in main restaurant (buffet - breakfast, lunch & dinner) and on the pool bars, not to be served by waiters. Zoo is actually the shelter for the sick and left animals that we find out or buy from previous owners - monkey was used for entertainment on the beach and we buy him to save and give medical care, the same is with a dog, deer and goat both taken from outside in very bad shape - now they all have medical care and food. Reception and restaurant especially. Rooms are lovely with amazing sea view. Bathroom is ok. Restaurant is very clean and waitresses very kind. Variety of tasty food. Beach toilets could be better maintained. Wifi is a bit slow and sometimes disappears. And they should definitely solve the problem of ants in the rooms. Value for the money. As we are the only English in the resort the Tui staff only cater for the French as this resort is not advertised on Tui UK, the hotel staff are very nice. The hotel is all inclusive so as I do in other all inclusive resorts I visit I tip the staff, I noticed the other day mine was the only tip in the jar, when I mentioned this to the Barman his reply was They are French, obviously no love lost there then. If it had a second bar which was quieter so conversation could be enjoyed, I would recommend it to others, unfortunately unless you are French speaking and happy to join in with them, give it a miss.   Stunning place in Montenegro

  Wind Rose Hotel Resort - example of a great idea and successful realization. The complex is spacious, harmonious and fitted into the natural environment. The rooms are modern with all facilities, the food varied and delicious and the staff very kind. Sunsets are a special experience at this place. All recommendations.

  Excellent vacation

  A man at sea is never alone, but when you have this kind of ambience, friendly and such a lovely stuff then your atmosphere is complete. I recommend anyone who wants a dream vacation to visit this beautiful resort. They have spacious rooms, romantic atmosphere for couple and thoughtful amenities. Thank you for beautiful vacation.   Second time on an amazing place!

  It was amazing summer vacation in Hotel Ruza Vjetrova second time in our life. Everything was amazing, and we will defenitely come back soon again! Food is perfect, Beach was organized well because it was pandemic. So we are tottaly satisfy!
