  What a nice place to spend a day or two. Everything was extremely clean, following guidelines for cdc, Covid . Masks in all areas , machines cleaned frequently. Casino attractive, non smoking with designated smoking area, and rooms clean and comfortable. Food was good. Buffet had Been changed to menu choices . Staff very friendly and helpful. Husband and I, from FL, will look forward to an extended return visit and town needs to be visited!

  Casino review

  We tried to stay the night at Windcreek and called to see if they offered a previous player discount through rewards and they offered us a discounted rate. We called back maybe 15 minutes later to book after discussing the cost and were told that the discounted rate was no longer available due to demand and we would have to pay full price...bummer but that is their policy so I thought I would post it here so others are aware. Anyway, we ended up staying for a fraction of the cost at the Hampton a block away (tram isnt running just FYI). This review is mainly for the casino- temp check at door and plenty of space between machines with barriers. Masks are required. Machines were cleaned constantly and NO SMOKING (thank goodness). The machines are fun and pay fairly well. Drink service was prompt and friendly! I absolutely love the order your drink on the screen feature instead of having to chase a waitress down- good selection of beer, wine, liquor, and mixed drinks. The buffet area is now a sit down style restaurant due to Covid- the food is great and reasonably priced with good service. Overall always a fun experience!

  This casino sucks

  Try your best to not go to this casino they will brake it off in you 300.00 without one freaking bonus Im so sick of it they dont care about nothing but themselves.no comps they suck no free play takes forever ever to get a drink.I get 20.00 a week and play 10 times more in there casino than I do at island view in Biloxi and I get 175.00 a week there

  Went from Bad to Worse

  Check-in took 15 mins...and I was the only one in line. In-room phone was devoid of any information on how to contact front desk, make restaurant reservations, or order room service. On-screen menus did not provide any contact help, either. I ended up having to call the national reservation number with my own phone and working through the, "Press 1 for Atmore, Press 2 for Wetumpka,..." ad-naseum menu system. The room was comfortable and staff responsive when I called--again with my own phone--to complain about noisy, cursing neighbor voices coming through the paper-thin walls. Too many local hires; needs professional direction. Please come visit to see an example of how not to run a business. This isn't Vegas, baby.

  This Casino was very quiet, non entertaining. If your looking for fun energetic slot play, I would not recommend this place. I know when you gamble that it is all chance but when nobody in group even gets slightly excited there is something odd about that.
