  Too many shortcomings to recommend this hotel

  After nearly a week I was glad to leave. The basics were OK, we slept well enough, breakfast was OK and the wifi worked. But ... not sure where to start but here goes: lukewarm water in the shower (at best), toilet got blocked, gray/thin towels, uncomfortable seating, bathroom floor floods when using the shower, the door lock had to be fixed, in-room safe did not work and it's too far from everything.

  Horrible Sevice and rude staffs

  If I could give less than one star, I would. The staffs should know their bad service can affect the image of their hotel. I've never seen that kind of rude front desk staffs especially Manager before. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Decent stay but dinner orders took a long time to come

  My group of 8 booked into 4 twin rooms for 2 night here. As we arrived quite late in the evening and there were no restaurant nearby the hotel we decided to take out dinner at there roof top restaurant. A big hall where breakfast is served too. There were no other guest there but our dinner took more than an hour just for simple fried rice and noddles. Buffet breakfast food was ok and you can see the sunrise from here. Rooms are large and decent. Quite a large hotel but seem rather rundown now. Location wise not ideal as there is nothing much around this area.

  Average Hotel

  Stayed for a night. Room was big but not convenient. Bathroom also too much inconvenient. After shower water all over. Carpet dingy. Sofa torn out. Seems old furnishing. Breakfast low standard. Very few choice for vegetarian.

  Average at best

  Wilson is tired. My 7th floor room was large with somewhat of a view although windows filthy. Bed firm, fridge turns off when you leave. Have to switch on hot water manually. Bathroom very dated. AC works ok. Pool is ok with a view. Gym is outside in the heat- not so good. Staff friendly but not much English. Breakfast is 2 star for foreigners. Eggs but no beacon. Would be 4 star for locals. Cereal is corn flakes, rice bubbles n coco pops are all mixed together- not good. Sour dough makes good toast. Pineapple n strawberry jam. Cordial disguised as orange juice. WiFi is hopeless. Have to use a password continuously to get access annoying, speed average. No atmosphere in this hotel. Would stay somewhere else next time
