  Great Stay!! Good Service!!!

  The service was excellent and we were welcomed and felt safe during our entire stay at the hotel. It is a brand new full service Marriott hotel in Willowbrook. This was our first dine-in experience since restaurants were reopened, food was good. Our waitress kelly was great. Thank you

  New, clean, bright, nice!

  September 2020: Everything is new & very nice. Attractive, updated decor. Our room was very clean. Nice large windows. All of the staff I encountered were EXTREMELY friendly & helpful. It was raining in the morning when we left. An employee noticed we didn't have an umbrella as we were ready to walk outside, & asked if we would like one. He escorted us to our car under a large umbrella. SO NICE!! Due to Covid-19 restrictions, I had to go to the front desk to get things that are normally kept in the room (ice bucket & ice, coffee pods), but I was happy to do because they are correctly following these precautions. I felt very safe regarding Covid-19. The location is easily accessible off the highway. I wondered if there would be noise from the highway, but our room #137 was VERY quiet. I would definitely stay again if I ever need a hotel in this area!

  New hotel, friendly staff, cleaning needs improvement

  Stayed for one night by myself in October 2020. Convenient location, lots of parking, staff was very friendly and helpful. However, found blood stains on the comforter when going to bed. It was really gross but good thing I don't use comfortable at hotels anyways so I just rolled it up and put it to the side. In the morning, I also found human hair in the shower. I communicated my concerns with the front desk staff so hopefully they will improve the housekeeping.

  Excellent Location, New, Friendly Staff & Great Restaurant Willby's

  Location is newly remodel and like new. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful with the owner on site greeting you many nights. Centrally located so easy access around Chicago for business. Had dinner at Willby's each night and chef was great. Special appetizers and good dinner selection. Everything tasted great, served quick and good drinks from the full bar. Exercise room was nice as well. Couldn't beat the price as well. Definitely a hotel and owner that prides themselves on service and making sure customers have a great stay. My understanding is rooms are cleaned thoroughly and not used for 72 hours between guests due to COVID.

  5 Star Service!

  This hotel is outstanding - from the food they serve at the hotel to the excellent service you find at the front desk. The bartender was also exceptional. Since I travel frequently for work its great to find gems like this.
