  Beautiful Hotel

  The Williamsburg Inn is such a beautiful hotel. Nicely decorated and friendly staff. We went for our 5 year anniversary and had a great weekend. Covid restrictions were in place, but we knew that before booking. We ate dinner off site, but had breakfast in the Terrace Room as well as evening cocktails. We played the 9 hole Spotswood and 18 hole Golden course. The weekend had a lot of rain, but still the courses were in great shape. We each had a service in the spa and were very pleased.

  Chef Travis is Gods gift to the Gastric juices

  We had a small, family event to to celebrate earlier this month and chose the Inn. Chef Travis and his team (especially the pastry chef) created a meal that can only be called a work of art. Locally sourced foods and recipes with historical touches served gracefully in a stunning space fed us body and soul! We are dreaming of returning for the Valentines Dinner February 13-15.

  First Class Luxurious Resort

  Some grand hotels, like wives, do not age well. I was concerned when I made my reservation for the Williamsburg Inn that it might have seen better days. I was WRONG! I can see why this resort is rated one of the best in the country. The hotel is in excellent condition. A great combination of history and modern convenience. Our suite was impeccable. Quiet, classy, and roomy. Walking the hallways was like walking through history as we passed the Churchill suite and other rooms where historical people stayed. Staff bent over backwards for us. David in the Cupboard Gourmet Grab and Go was very informative and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was very good, although it was less memorable due to virus restrictions .The approach to the hotel is impressive. The grounds well maintained. My golf expirience at the Golden Horseshoe was enjoyable (except for my score), The spa was a treat! I love the indoor pool and my spouse took advantage of the workout gym. I t was relaxing and pleasurable to tour Colonial Williamsburg and leisurely walk back to the Inn. Everyone should stay at the Williamsburg Inn Resort at least once in their life for a travel expirience that is getting rarer to find. We plan to return yearly to enjoy this relaxing luxurious stay The cost of the stay was on the high side, but was well worth the price considering what memories we received.   Romantic Getaway

  Great service and location. The property is located in the heart of Colonial Williamsburg. It makes it super easy to go for walks to see the sites and go back to freshen up when needed. Historic charm with modern conveniences. All of the amenities you could need or want. The staff was attentive and available. We never had to search for help!

  Great stay at the Williamsburg Inn

  Beautiful place, warm, friendly staff (especially Alexander), step out the door into colonial Williamsburg and back in time. The golf staff was kind enough to lend us clubs for a quick putting session. The grounds are lovely. They have fresh flowers in the room and in public space. Felt very COVID safe as well.
