  Cancelamos la reserva al llegar

  Llegamos al hotel. Es muy lindo, las habitaciones son amplias y agradables. Cancelamos la reserva al llegar ya que en la página decía que había playa, pero la misma estaba cubierta por un mar muy sucio (osea, no había playa disponible) y a su vez se sentía un olor nauseabundo que llegaba hasta las habitaciones e incluso al bar (todo el hotel prácticamente). Una lástima ya que el lugar era lindo. Se encuentra muy alejado de cualquier cosa.

  A five-star wild land!

  Wildland Resort has been our residence for almost two weeks, and not a single day have we regretted our choice. Lovely bungalows, clean and neat garden, and a property which is well tended is what we were happy to see on pictures while we were booking our stay, and were equally happy to see that property is as shown on pictures. Staff is genuinely kind and helpful. We know that these people have to meet all sorts of requests, and this staff will do it with a sincere smile on their faces. The pool is at the center of the resort, surrounded by bungalows. So practically, you open the door of your bungalow, make 10 steps and you are ready to swim. If you make 10 more steps further from the pool, you can get a cocktail at the property bar. Or a beer. Or just enjoy the view, because right in front is the beach. The food at the resort was good and fresh. Overall, we were well taken care of, feeling not as customers of a tourist resort, but as guests warmly welcomed by very good hosts. If you find a laid back atmosphere too slow for your taste, you can always rent a scooter or a car at the reception, and take off to your adventure. What we promise is that, at the end of the day, you will want to come back to this charming resort.

  Great value for your money

  We spent an amazing four nights at Wildland, having relocated from nearby Banana Homestay. We needed an alternative quickly and at Wildland, we immediately received a very warm welcome and an amazing bungalow. The area features a beautiful garden, its like a lush green oasis there! The bungalows are very clean with working AC, spacious, with lovely porches and supercomfy beds. Our TV signal wasnt the hit, but we didnt mind at all. The water is not hot, but we didt mind. All staff are really nice, ready to help, always smiling and sharing tipps with you. The beach: unless you go to Sao beach or a few others, you should not expect anything spectacular. The eastern side is sometimes windy and the sea washes out a lot of rubbish. You walk a hundred meters and still no real chance to swim because its shallow. But Wildland has a clean pool and the beach is cleaned daily and is probably one of the cleanest in the area. The hammocks are ideal for afternoon naps :-) But if you want a change, there are scooters available so take this opportunity! Food: is not the best. Pancakes are good with extra honey, we tried steak and also local food. It is not amazing, but good value for money. Nearby is rocks beach, with a phenomenal restaurant, too! Also, a visit to the Ham Ninh floating restaurants (ten mins by scooter) is an absolute must!!! What we liked is that Wildland has a beach bar opened all day where you can order your food to. Overall, i think you cannot expect more for your money here. We loved staying at Wildland and would come back happily! It was quiet and laid back, but when we wanted action, we took the scooter for a ride.

  Do not stay here

  1. The pictures are misleading- the beach is rubbish strewn and constructed with a big drop 2. We arranged a pick up, which did not arrive 3. Our party had booked a double room and a family room. The family room was more expensive than the double and the difference was an extra pillow 4. The buffet breakfast was dreadful 5. Our room was dirty

  Perfect place to rest and relax!

  This is the perfect hotel to find some peace and quiet and relax on the private beach! We really enjoyed our private villa and being 2 steps away from the pool and the beach. The staff here is incredibly friendly and will help with anything you need at any time, and they provide fresh beach towels and bottled water each morning which was great to wake up to. If you are looking to visit Phu Quoc and want to stay on the quiet part of the island, this is the best spot!
