  Nice rooms but a boring family park.

  We found this hotel as a deal from Groupon. It was advertised as a family fun park, but it was rather boring. They did not have many activities for the kids, just a small petting farm that brought out the animals at certain times and a small playground. They did have a swimming area but it didn't look very inviting, neither of my kids wanted to swim. The pool was a man-made pond but it didn't look very good. We stayed in an apartment house that was nice. Since we are a family of four We were given two apartments, So each kid was given their own bed and had plenty of room. The kitchens in the apartments were very small not even room for a coffee pot or teapot on the counter space,let alone cooking a small meal. If you're willing to drive it's in a central location from some interesting places. About an hour and a half from Nuremberg and three hours from Prague. If I had it all over to do, I would've just just stayed in Prague. It was much more interesting than this family park.

  Chalets are badly maintained. Personnel very unfriendly.Not recommended.

  We have been here for a week with two children. The chalet is only a floor of a small house, of which there are many in a row. Since they are badly isolated against noise you have to be lucky not to have children above or besides you, because you'll hear everything they do. In our chalet there was a full ashtray left, the shower was broken, two connectors came out of the wall. When we mentioned this at the reception they were less than interested. Dreadful, uninterested old German women. When I wanted to pay, it turned out only German bank cards are accepted. I staid friendly and offered to transfer the money to them via bank (one euro zone, the money is there a day later) but they barked that I should pay now. I should get cash from an ATM. Luckily I have two bank accounts with enough money, because I have a cash withdrawal limit per day. It wouldn't have been enough. I had one euro short, because my limit was reached, and they threatened to involve there attorney... Two nice guests behind me offered the euro. The sad thing is the old reception ladies accepted it...
