    Clean, nice casino

We enjoyed our time we spent in the casino. It was clean and you really didn't smell the cigarette smoke. Craps, Roulette are played on machines no live dealer. They only have live card tables. Still enjoyed playing craps and I won!! The best part was standing over the ac vent. I have never seen air conditioning vents in the floor. It was a suprise as we were walking and you get this blast of cold air. There is limited restaurants Ling and Louie's, Shula's Steakhouse, food court and a 24hr cafe. Ling And Louie's was awesome and the bar staff Micheal and Gabriel were WONDERFUL!!

    ill-mannered staff!!!

Ive been to this place many times and i usually play table games, for those days that i stayed here Ive been noticing that most of their staff are Impolite, every time that I encounter a situation like this I just usually try to understand them and let it go, but not until today , theres this 1 dealer that reprimanded me about using my cellphone in very ill-manner gesture, I do know that his just trying to do his job, but the Point that I dont understand is the rudeness of the approach, i told him next time be more polite dealing with the situation but after I said that he became aggravated thats why I ask for the floor supervisor who seems irritated dealing with the situation. The dealer even LIED to his supervisor by telling her that he already ask me four times to put away my phone, which is not true!!! The way the supervisor handled the situation is very poor, she just told me to STOP! , I was not surprised about her attitude maybe it goes around with this place, never heard a single apology and No effort of checking back if everything is ok.Management need to start training their staff about proper guests relationships !!!

    Worst experience ever

I am a single female who happens to enjoy relaxing While playing slot machines (alone).I prefer gambling alone so I can leave when I want and dont want to worry about somebody wanting to leave before or after Im ready. One night Im playing on a machine by myself , the casino was pretty dead as it was early am during the week. A female employee approaches me and asks me to come to the office with her. She didnt explain why and it was more of a demand than a request. She was rude and although I had no idea what was up, I could tell by her tone and attitude it was not good. I followed her for a long way into the back offices where two other male employees waited. Turns out they accused me of dropping a baggie of white substance (I assume it was drugs) on the floor near a machine that I had played earlier. They claimed that they had me on video. The put a paper in front of me and told me to write what happened and sign it. I was in tears, I was humiliated, and denied repeatedly dropping the baggie in their casino. They wouldnt let me watch the video of course After about an hour of relentless accusations they finally called local police. They allowed the city police officer to watch the video with their so called evidence on it , but I wasnt allowed to see it. The officer took me outside away from the employees and told me that they had nothing on me , they obviously had nothing on that video. The officer then told me that he was asked to escort me off the property. At this time the three stooges came up and handed me a paper stating i could not return to the casino for three years. At this point I wouldnt have come back for all the jackpots in Vegas. Whats worse is I was also kicked out of Vee Quiva and Lone Butte casinos as well. I will never know why they really decided to make false accusations against me that night. I spent a lot of money there, Im quiet, clean , dont stink, dress conservatively and do not do drugs or even drink alcohol. I have never even made small talk with other patrons so they cant think Im a prostitute. I left the casino completely humiliated and in tears. I have never been so offended by anything in my life. The worst part is there is nothing that I can do about it as far as legal recourse. I just have to suck it up because the casino is on Native American reservation and they obviously can do whatever they want . IF THEY CAN DO THIS TO ME, THEY CAN DO IT TO ANYBODY!!!! Enter casinos at your own risk because you leave your civil rights at home. Wild horse pass casino can and does discriminate !!!!!

    Numbers Dont Lie

A large group of us have been going to this casino for 18 months. We have kept track of every bonus paid and documented average amount of ghost spins, how long a $20.00 bill lasts and time for cocktail service. Below are photos taken over the period of just 2 days. This is typical here. The machines pay very little and your subsequent spins will just take it right back. On average, you will go 13 spins with nothing returned to you. This is based on 24 players over 18 months. The average time it takes a server to take a beverage order is 42 minutes. On average, a $20 bill lasts 18 minutes here. This casino is very tight and minimally regulated by the state. While the state audits it to ensure their cut, the casino is not mandated to pay out any percentage of what it takes in back to the players. (I was told this by an actual slot attendant). Lastly, they own ALL THREE casinos in the area. Lone Butte, Wild Horse Pass and Vee Quiva are owned by this group. No competition. Because I took these photos, they wont let me back in BUT the other 24 will continue to do so. Once we are done with our 24 month review, look for it on Facebook and other platforms. They will feature interviews and some interesting information from focus groups.

Horrible, horrible place to stay. Overhyped and overpriced. Worse than staying at The worse rundown motel 6. They dont tell you that you have to park so far to check in then walk through the casino, then go up two floors then walk some more to check in ! We stayed two nights and every night some drunk kept banging on our door, trying to get in, and then on both sides of our rooms all night drunk people kept screaming and fighting.... my husband and I were trying To celebrate our anniversary and it was a horrible experience definitely will never ever Stay there again not for 200 dlls a night!
