  Buena opción en Viena

  Tuvimos una agradable estancia de tres días en este hotel. Cuartos amplios, limpios y alumbrados. Personal capacitado muy amable. Desayuno muy completo. Lo único que debían mejorar es la ventilación en las habitaciones

  Correcto simplemente

  Visitamos la ciudad de Viena durante tres días, y este fue nuestro hotel elegido. Hotel ubicado en las afueras, aunque es relativamente fácil desplazarse al centro desde él, fácil aparcamiento en sus inmediaciones. Las habitaciones no son nada del otro mundo, si es verdad que el hotel es un edificio viejo, y por lo tanto las habitaciones no son modernas, deberían realizar alguna reforma que haga más cómoda las mismas. El desayuno es bastante pobre. El precio de la habitación, aunque Viena es una ciudad cara, me parece relativamente elevado para las prestaciones del mismo. Por otro lado, los empleados del hotel han sido muy amables y con predisposición a ayudar en todo momento.

  Stop over

  Great welcome at reception and as we were late had concern that we had issues, as knew we were on bikes in the rain. Bad news the local area is like a grave yard at night, one bar close bar, not great but thats not the hotels fault. Parking is hit and miss in the local streets. Breakfast amazing choice and great quality.

  hidden gem in Vienna and perfect for business stay

  booked to stay at the hotel for a business trip in Vienna. The cost was so much lower than the other hotels and so was a bit apprehensive but after checking the reviews, decided to stay. Once you enter the hotel, you are in a lovely courtyard which feels very private. I was then greeted by a receptionist who was very helpful, providing me with an iron and ironing board and making me feel like no request was too much effort. My room was cool, I had to step up into a bathroom and the phone was very retro. I slept well and then was given a lovely buffet breakfast which was mostly homemade. I worked in my room the following morning and so wifi was excellent.

  Best value for money

  It is a small hotel run by a nice lady in a quiet street, Street wears a completely deserted look by late evening. Keep offline map of Vienna handy. Reaching there with luggage is an issue. If you have light luggage, you can alight at Grobenzersdorf metro (Aspern route) and walk (10 Mins). The entrance is plain, no frills, just like a quiet home. Main entrance is locked at 10:00 PM, so arrive early. If you don't find anybody at reception, ring the bell twice, pour a cup of coffee and wait. I had to gulp two cups before she came down. She is a sweet elderly lady with a big smile. Very welcoming. She apologized and gave a pack of chocolates to compensate for the wait. Rooms are old yet comfortable, baths are basic and clean. Breakfast spread was great.Overall you have much of the value returned.
