  A quarantine to remember

  They stay was a pleasant one i was expecting a little less for my quarantine time , the ambiance was so nice and it lets you feel more positve in such a way that you are waiting for your swab result to finish. room was decent. overall its fine. Food is kinda off i guess due to redundancy but everything was well prepared, i recommend staying here for staycation.

  Extra mile

  I enjoyed my stay in Marriott Clark very much as usual. But this time I got more chance to interact with the staff since going out was not advisable during Covid-19. A last minute request from my Wife from the pharmacy just an hours before my check out. I asked the concierge, Mr. Patrick that I need this medication and I don't have time to get it. He took the name of the medication (for my baby) and told me not to worry. He arranged with the pharmacy to keep it ready n he sent someone to pick it up for me. I got the medication before I check-out and what made my day that all the above was dealt with professionally and with the smile. Thank you Patrick for keeping the last impression last for a very long time.

  The Care

  I just want to say thank you for all the people who are part of Widus! I appreciate the hospitality despite of the current situation we have. Everyone starting from the entrance show their smiles behind their masks. Thank you! Such a great hotel!

  Our Dream Wedding

  The change of venue for our reception became a blessing in disguise because we met the Widus Team, led by their Events Manager, Kathrina "Kuks" Paras. Not only we found the perfect venue but we were taken care of really well. Excellent customer service, sumptuous food, beautiful rooms; you name it. We consider ourselves perfectionist but the Widus Team exceeded our expectations. The best part after our wedding is there are still a lot of upcoming celebrations in our life in the future which means we will definitely be back.   Understated leisure during pandemic Widus

  For the November monthend long weekend, we chose Widus for some quick R&R. Understand they have only one of two Clark hotels with operational resort pool and restaurant. PRO: 1. We were upgraded to a Family Suite so we got to enjoy a room with couch and kitchen with Microwave. Generous space to move around. Thank you very much. 2. Resort pool was very refreshing. Water slide was a fun treat. 3. Casino provided additional entertainment... If that is your thing. Could be improved: 1. Pillows were too soft. Deflates to almost flat once your head rests on it. Had less than optimal sleep. Hope they can provide other pillow option. 2. Due to pandemic, pool hours were limited from 10am to 6pm so very short time to enjoy. May we suggest to extend at least to 7pm. 3. The hallways were paved with tiles so sounds and footsteps were amplified. Not conducive during sleeping. Understand the hotel will be renovated soon...pls consider carpeted hallways to dampen the noise. 4. Food at Salt Restaurant was served plated style and choices were limited. With the pandemic this is understandable. In conclusion, Widus afforded us a quick and easy break with functional facilities despite the pandemic. Understated leisure Widus. Recommended.
