  Wonderful stay

  The Whyalla Playford Apartments is probably one of the nicest places to stay whilst in Whyalla. The check in process was simple, our one bedroom apartment was very generously sized with a balcony both sides. It was all very clean and I highly recommend staying here.

  A Pleasant Stay

  I had a two bedroom apartment. It was well appointed clean and comfortable. Parking was not secure (but Police Station only 50m down the street), but was under cover. The only negative was the shower. While it looked inviting, as it was large with two shower heads, it was really quite pathetic. It took an eternity for the hot water to come through, there was no pressure and the shower heads need replacing as many of the holes, through which the water pass, seemed blocked. Wasn't a good start to the day. The only staff member I dealt with was very courteous and friendly.

  Overnight stay to swim with giant cuttlefish

  My husband and I stayed for one night so we could swim with the giant cuttlefish. I requested a late check out so we could swim in the morning and then continue our road trip. Wesley was fabulous and arranged the late checkout with no extra charge. When we arrived we were upgraded to a huge 2 bedroom apartment. The apartments are a little tired but full of character and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  Absolutely Outstanding Service & Facilities

  Recently stayed at the Whyalla Playford Apartments during a work visit. Was attended to by Wes, the manager and he did an excellent job! Service was second to none, and he couldnt do enough to ensure my stay was as good as possible. He even offered to pick me up and drop me off from / to the airport! The facilities were maintained in a very good standard and condition. The rooms were exceptionally cleaned and very well maintained - once again, to a high standard Complimentary Internet, laundry facilities as well as a very knowledgeable Wes who pointed me in the right direction for good food and wine options during my stay. I could not recommend a better place to stay whilst in Whyalla, and I will be definitely coming back.

  Clean, well positioned, simple accommodation

  Stayed in a two bedroom apartment for one night on the drive from Adelaide to Port Lincoln. The apartment was spacious and clean. Easy to gain entry and good car park. It also had a great balcony. Walking distance to Hotel Spencer which did good pub grub. The decor in the room could do with a bit of updating and two toilets wouldve been handy in a two bed apartment but overall it delivered and we were satisfied with our stay.
