  Excelente resort en un lugar maravilloso, cómodo departamentos, limpio, y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas agradables vacaciones. cerca de supermercados, restaurantes, pubs, etc lo recomiendo totalmente,

  So very disappointed .......

  These apartments have the potential to be fantastic, but appears the individual units are privately owned and the standard of the unit is dependent upon the owner. The bathrooms and kitchens are old and in need of total renovation. The bed was tiny, the furniture appears to be a hand-me-down. The servicing and cleaning of the units is questionable too. We shall not return, nor would I recommend. Photos of poor cleaning attached.

  Great Location, magnificent views and kind and helpful managers

  We booked into "oceanview 10" via booking.com. We didn't realise that this was an apartment initially as part of this lovely resort as it is managed seperately to most of the other holiday apartments and didn't promote the resort facilities as it could have. This is such a shame as we did not receive any communication from the people managing this particular apartment when we tried on a couple of occasions to get some information fromthem. The managers of the resort complex were very helpful and appeared particularly organised and professional. We would stay at the resort again, but would definately book through the management of the resort. Would have scored a 5 out of 5 if they had been the ones we were dealing with as it was mainly the "service" which lacked. Recommended if going to Airlie Beach and would visit again!

  Great views

  The apartments are individually owned so it depends on the owner as to the state of the rooms. We were in 8A. The owner/manager saw me as we were unpacking the car and noticed I had a key for 8A. He told me the number had fallen off the door but the room was the one at the top of the steps. This should've been an indication of what was ahead of us. The shower is over a plunge bath. The bathtub was not entirely clean and the shower curtain was stained. The two burner electric stove in the kitchenette had seen better days. The heating hobs were rusting. The hot water tap in the kitchenette "screamed" every time it was turned on. The microwave was small but worked well. Cutlery and crockery was OK but obviously parts of the original four place settings have been broken/lost and not been replaced. The bed and the two seater settee were comfortable. The balcony had excellent views out over Airlie Beach and the ocean but the floor there was dirty and the plastic table needs replacing - it was not very clean. There is no designated parking for each unit so it is first in best parking spot or you need to go up to a higher level and walk back to your apartment - or park on the roadside in a narrow, steep street. Woolworths supermarket and downtown Airlie Beach are within walking distance but because of the steep hillside be prepared for a cardio workout on your return if you decide to take the walk. The receptionist on arrival was very welcoming.

  View is Good

  The view from the room is fantastic. However sadly the room itself is a little average. The kitchen is very ordinary with cutlery and crockery dreadful. The balcony is very dirty with paint peeling and mould. Room itself is just 3 star quality yet charge 4 star rates. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
