  Excellent location, great value and very friendly with a warm family feel

  Stayed here for 7 days in November was excellent for the gondola so location was perfect and the hotel was clean friendly and welcoming 100% booking for next year Thanks to Dessy and Daniel for their hospitality xxx John and Julie banks

  Relaxed and friendly - Highly recommended

  We have stayed in White Peaks, Bansko a number of times and keep returning because it is perfect for us. The building is very well maintained with excellent facilities (pool, jacuzzi, gym etc). Bedrooms are spacious and well equipt. It is a nice walk into the centre of town which is full of authentic restaurants and fun bars. We love Bansko and White Peaks and are due to return early next year.

  Deceiving and money-hungry management

  We stayed in building A. Typical Bankso apartment accomodation: overall decent, but overadvertised. The apartments have basic furniture and kitchenware, there is an overall cheap feeling (very thin walls), but comfortable enough for a ski holiday with friends. The breakfast is placed in your fridge in batches to last for three days: boiled eggs, questionable-quality cold cuts and processed cheese, honey-flavored syrup (instead of real honey), you get the idea. There was no spa as advertised, instead we got discount coupons for the spa of another hotel about 100m away. My main complaint would be the attitude of the manager which is very much money-oriented and much less so customer-wise. We booked 7 apartments for 5 days for New Year's and payed a 50% deposit. On arrival, we notified them that one of the apartments would be canceled (our friends could not arrive due to personal issues); they did not settle for anything less than paying the full amount for that apartment despite it being empty. They did offer to compensate us if they would manage to book it to someone else, which they eventually did, but then they lied to us that the people staying in that apartment, were just being moved from another apartment, not a new booking.

  Very poor and decipointing!

  Booking a 'Deluxe 4 persons mountain view appartment', me and my friends got a specious appartment, but with only 2 beds to sleep on. There was also one small sofa, and the extremely rude hosts expected 2 of us to sleep on it. Impossible! The breakfast for the three days was left in the fridge, and it was supposed to last until we leave?! NOTHING was as it was advertised on the Web site: the restaurant was closed, there was no satellite TV, the Spa center was also closed. The elevator was broken, and our room was on the fifth floor! Did I foget something? I don't even want to remember! I wouldn't recomment it to anyone. It was very poor and decipointing.

  Excellent on all aspects

  Recently stayed at one of the White Peaks apartments, could not fault it at all, the hospitality of Daniel & Desi was beyond excellent, themselves and the manager could not have done anymore to make our stay anymore enjoyable, gave lots of advice and recommendations on where to visit and eat etc. nothing was too much trouble, would highly recommend to anyone
