  Great location, hard beds

  I have stayed at this hotel about 4 times prior to this visit as it has a great location, unfortunately the hotel is starting to become tired and run down, the beds are SUPER HARD, like concrete, pillows are horrendous, you will need to purchase a pillow from Big C or Tesco unless you like your head on a 90 degree angle. Staff are generally friendly, reception staff have very limited English, the wait staff in the restaurant have much better English skills. Television has recently changed from a satellite service to cable which while it has 80 channels, just 8 are in English, majority are Russian and Thai. A warning though, this hotel is very popular with Russians, and they are not the happiest or friendliest tourists around!

  Perfectly ok

  Stayed at White Peach for 2 weeks in February. It was perfectly ok and decent hotel in convenient location. Rooms were spacious and clean and decorated in modern style. If you like something more (or even a litle bit) exotic, choose somewhere else. But if you´re looking for a place to sleep in a good location, then White Peach is a good choice. Beds and pillows were also fine, at least not any harder than in other hotels we´ve stayed in Phuket...which is generally harder than usual.

  Good facilities, good location, but ear plugs required!

  Friendly and helpful staff, very good facilities and the rooms are well appointed. Rooms in the white peach wing are large and modern with air con, small fridge, beach towels, comfortable beds, small balcony, good shower - everything you need. Breakfast has a large selection of options and you can order your eggs cooked any way you choose. The four pools are lovely and all have swim up bars :) The only negative is the building site next door. Not too good if you fancy an afternoon snooze! However, ear plugs block out the noise and we were able to change rooms to the other side of the building after 2 days. I would agree with the previous reviewer about the numerous Russian tourists at this hotel. I believe Kata is a popular area for Russians. They are not friendly or respectful of other guests (lots of door slamming in the wee hours). Good hotel but bring your ear plugs!

  One of the best

  Great location. Minus the bars. Restaurants near. Great staying. Beach and shops and karon and everything near. Nail salongs, massage. Everything near. Like the centre of everything. Tidy hotell and friendly staff.

  Very bad all around

  Air conditioner stopped working after a few hours and the hotel staff could not fix it. Four employees came and played around with the fuse box then assured us it was fine. It did not work all night. Toilet flush actuator was broken and we had to fix it ourselves. We were put in a room that was near the street, so it was so loud that we couldn't sleep without earplugs. It was like sleeping on the street. The shower had intermittent hot and cold - it could not stay hot. It was the worst shower I've ever used. It was covered in black mold as well. The water pressure was so low that you couldn't run the shower at the same time as flushing the toilet. WiFi was extremely slow and unusable. The only good thing was that Dean from travel was helpful and nice.
