  Really Really bad

  Me and my girlfriend were on vacation here for at week. The food is almost the same every day and the only meat is fish. But that's actually fine the animation show is also good. But there is one person on the hotel that asks the guests if they want to go to nightclub. And we said no to him 2 days in a row, and the 3 day he didn't ask if we wanted to go (and we did want to go) he just looked at us and said "I hope you soon go home so there can come new guests" And if that not crazy enough, we can't join the hotels daily activities like dart because he just look at us and go "oh you are Danish so you can't go" and just turns the back on us... this is totally not accepted we paid many money for this vacation and then we can't even be part of the daily activities... So if you want a relaxing vacation and don't want to go to nightclub don't come to white cold. Cause the first time you say no, then they just ignore you and you can't be part of the activities

  The best hotel in Alanya !!!

  This is an amazing hotel with outstanding staff,bespoke service and great location .We just loved this place,food is super tasty,staff is professional and always there to help.We want to say special thanks for hospitality Mr.Chengis ,restaurant manager.He is very welcoming all guest ,always smiling and very friendly . We were celebrating anniversary,so they made nice surprise for us.It is pleasure to meet you .Also very nice guys are working in beach area Mr.Murat and Ismail.Both of them are delivering an outstanding and bespoke service .Elena on reception was also very nice and professional .We highly recommend this hotel and definitely will come back .If you are looking for great vacation in Turkey -definitely you should choose this hotel.

  Too many Russian Guests

  Hotel location and staff were lovely, however the transfer from Antalya airport was over 3 hours.... when we checked in we were given a room in the basement - window looked out to service area and room very small. I spoke to reception staff the next day and upgraded to a suite, beautiful view of the sea and pool area. Unfortunately all the other guests at the hotel were Russian and extremely rude, meal times resembled black friday sales with lots of pushing and shoving... the staff in the restaurant did manage to reserve us a table which was so kind of them. The Russian guests were rude and extremely bad mannered it was a shame as the hotel and staff were lovely. Guests were also reserving sun beds by the pool and then going down the beach returning to the pool after lunch which is unacceptable. Pool/beach towels are provided in the spa and you pay a deposit which you get back. We booked tours at a place opposite the hotel and they were excellent, however they only take cash... there are 2 cash machines opposite the hotel but exchange rates were very poor. Take turkish currency with you. Food at the hotel was good but often ran out due to guests piling plates with meat & bread then leaving it.. beach was clean and plenty of sunbeds reserved for white gold guests but lots of locals on the beach in front of these and in the sea so not a private beach. It is also very rocky so beware! Unfortunately we were disappointed in our stay but it is no reflection on the staff who did their upmost to make our holiday enjoyable. In particular the bar and waiting staff especially Erdwin.

  Please avoid

  I have travelled a lot and know what service is. This hotel is not 5* as mentioned. The food is the same every day and taste less. I went with 2 toddlers under 3 and got told by the hotel manager to control my kids as they took a sweet from the self serve table. No room service. Asked for a iron and got told I have to pay for it. Even ice was chargeable. The only plus point was the kids area by the pool which the toddlers enjoyed. Turkey we want to come and enjoy your country please sort out your service. Only good hotels are actual brands in Turkey as 2nd experience in non brand hotel not so great.
