  Not impressed!

  9:30 am a man knocked on the door and immediately let himself in, I had no time to react. I was not dressed which caused me a great deal of embarrassment! I went to the lobby to complain and as usual there was nobody there. I received no apology, all he offered was that he knocked. knocking whilst opening a door does not count! There are no safety locks on the doors so I assume this likely happens a lot! With all the cameras they have, you would think they would spring for decent locks on the doors! The hotel is very noisy there were constant sounds of doors closing and people banging around. So if you are someone who likes to sleep past 8am this is NOT the place for you. I went for a run at 6pm and left my keys in the care of the lobby attendant when I came back there were no staff in the building. I had to enlist the help of the next door neighbours to track someone down after my repeated calls were ignored. When the helpful neighbour finally made contact with the staff, I was told I would have to wait a further 10 minutes. It was like they did not care at all. A tip for this hotel: Safety cameras do not replace staff! Overall my experience was not good at all.

  Great stay

  Clean, lots of room and overall no real issues. There was a nice Euro gentleman looking after the place but dont expect him there 100% of the time. If you need something bug them sooner then later so you have no issues. He was very helpful and frendly. They actually have 2 white cats. They meow in the morning. Good alarm clocks ha! Stopped here for a change of pace after New Years and we really loved the area. Friendly people, great food. Restaurant left of hotel has vodka coconuts! Be sure to rent a bike and find the best beaches just north of town.

  Good location, very clean, great staff.

  Tried to book into Ruk Cozy nearby as stayed here before but fully booked. Someone recommended White Cat which is nearby and we weren't disappointed. Stayed for one night before moving on. Nice clean modern hotel. Friendly welcome and efficient service. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Tea/coffee and simple breakfast at reception. Free wifi. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Good value. Would stay here again.
