  Excellent hosts that care about their visitors

  We arrived in pouring rain so made a very wet entrance, but we were made to feel very welcome, even the dogs were wagging their tails. The room we had was very well furnished and the private bathroom was very large. The towels were a particular favorite of mine. If I had a comment to make, the bed would be even more comfortable if it had a mattress topper, which a lot of hotels are providing now. Breakfast was fab. Fresh orange juice, homemade bread and marmalade (my husbands favorite). We would definitely recommend Whistlers Dell. Thank you

  Charming accommodation with attention to detail

  A most enjoyable stay at this very comfortable, welcoming B&B. Loved the attention to detail in the property - extremely comfortable bed, perfect room temparature, choice of wash accessories in the beautifully appointed bathroom and especially, absolutely delicious breakfasts with home-made conserves. Nothing was too much trouble and Gordon and Joan did all they could to ensure we had a good stay. The property is tucked back in a little dell but with easy access to the environs and the surrounding area. Helensburgh is a charming seaside town and a good base from which to explore Loch Lomond, the Trossachs and Argyll. The Hill House designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh is a must-see and has an excellent cafe. Very good choice of eating places along the front overlooking the Clyde estuary and in the streets leading off from there.

  Best B&B

  The welcoming atmosphere at Whistlers Dell B&B is hartwarming. Gordon and Joan as well as their two dogs Hazel and Heidi did everything to make our stay perfect. The room was as familiar as the rest of the house. The fresh cooked breakfast tasted delicious. If we ever come back to scotland, we will shurely visit Whistlers Dell B&B again.

  Better tsj expected

  Super welcome, warming hosts, friendly dogs, beautiful surrounding and garden. The bedroom and bathroom extremely clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very fresh and delicious. 100% recommended, we will repeat definitely. Thanks!

  Wonderfully Caring B&B

  This B&B was entirely delightful from the location, the hosts and the dogs. My room with the ensuite bath was delightful as I got to take a luxurious bath in a generously sized bathtub. I'm not a small person. Breakfasts were great with many options. And they even accommodated my need for an early morning by having some cold options ready for me the night before in a little fridge in the dining area. I would 100% recommend this very charming B&B
