  Pleasant stay

  The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful. The rooms were really spacious and clean. We had a family gathering in the conference room and the staff just made it so easy and made any accommodations that we needed a breeze. I had a real pleasant stay. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool everyday we were there.

  Expected Better!!!

  The lady that works 3rd shift is very nice and pleasant!!! The overnight shuttle driver is very unprofessional / rude and acts as if he is on drugs or doesnt comprehend very well . The housekeepers come banging on your door hours before check out time which you cant go back to sleep after thinking someone was trying to break in your room!!! Place is outdated badly and needs renovation like now!!! The rooms have a funny smell and you can tell the housekeepers dont do their best job cleaning but this falls on the Lead housekeeper not checking the rooms behind them!!! The first room I check in had toenail clippings on the bed and toenails on the floor near the bed!!! Staff could be more friendly excluding the night auditor because she does show genuine concern with your needs. This place could be on a 5 star level but until you get people who care about the guest concerns and have better customer service skills this place cant thrive!!!

  Very nice hotel.

  We stopped overnight. Shuttle service very responsive. Picked us up at the Olive Branch Airport also took us to a restaurant for dinner. Shuttle drivers very friendly and helpful. Hotel clean, comfortable and in very good condition Recommended stop. Because of current health situation, they gave us an excellent take out breakfast.

  Overpriced

  My wife and i stayed here one night. We are professional drivers and time is precious. We payed $15.00 more than the advertized price. Even though our company is supposed to have a corp. Account. The Bad... tv did not turn off, so stayed lit all night. Bathroom light did not work so shower in the dark. Shoumd have moved the tv into the bathroom for light.... hindsight 20/20.. Thats not too bad as I have been washing this body for 50 years now... supplied coffee in room no cream or sugar, no coffee maker either... kind of ironic... also no coffee in lobby.... you know us truckers live on coffee.. not for caffeine, but because we have very little time to get food to eat. So, yes, no warm breakfast either...hope you like yogurt and a cold sandwich served in a brown lunch bag when you check in. Worse than most truckstop food. Now to mention the good.. was a clean room.. but outdated. Bed was clean and sleep able.. not fancy. Rear door was very hard to open, but nice to go out if you are strong enough to open it. Last but not least the best thing... the water... yes they do use a water softner. We will not stay here again eventhough we are usually in this area every weekend and need a hotel at least 3 times a month. Also are company has 30 drivers that will be told about our stay. Conclusion, for the $82.00 stay. Many other hotels in the area provide much better.

  Far from ordinary..

  Just needed a getaway.Due to the weather, I needed somewhere to relax and watch TV. Even though I'm local, I've never stayed here. It was like stepping back in time. The decor was beautiful as was the room. I loved the layout of the hotel. The staff was prompt and attentive to my requests. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I'd recommend it to everyone!Look forward to staying again!
