  Noisy room, unapologetic manager.

  Since we had visited this hotel 2 years and had a good experience, thought of giving it another try. There were group check-ins happening, they gave a room 404 to us. As soon as we entered, there was some mechanical sound. Upon enquiring, we were told it is gaming area noise, which should stop by 9 to 10pm, we went out for dinner and slept. Suddenly may be around 3.30am the noise started,upon enquiring they said it is the water boiler, which was just above our room. We asked them to stop as we couldn't sleep, with 2 children with us. They said, they will stop it. Waited for 15 mins, they din turn it off. Again called reception, this time blatantly they said they can't stop it, as everyone will need hot water. We had booked the room through goIbibo, after trying multiple times could connect to support personnel, she patiently listened to my problem and contacted the staff and manager. They had lied to her saying there was no issue. Manager was also in the conference call, we gave him a complete scenario, instead of apologising for the issue caused, his behaviour indicated that since everyone needs hotwater, we have to bare with the irritating and scary noise throughout the night, that was the only available room, tomorrow he will give a good room to us. We told him, we had booked the room for one day, whatever you want to do so it now. He ended the call abruptlu and didn't resolve the issue. Anyways, we checked out of the hotel, after breakfast. I must say, the breakfast was good. After 4 hours of checkout, goIbibo support personnel called us and apologized for the inconvenience caused and offered 50%refund of the booking amount. That was the only good thing for this booking.

  Excellent

  I checked in on a weekday. I had booked for an ordinary room and when I checked in, I asked for a room that would face the river. To my astonishment, they gave me a FREE upgradation to a Deluxe room. The room was very comfortable. It gave a pleasant view of the river and hill. Room had clean bathroom, electric kettle, refrigerator (extra chargeable), tv, free hi speed wifi etc. They gave us complimentary breakfast, which was delicious. The buffet had so many unlimited dishes for us to choose. There was a garden area on the compound where we can have photoshoots and campfire or a small party. I strongly recommend this resort as all these were on an affordable price. The only con I have felt is that they could have put a floor mat or made it a wooden floor so that we cud resist the chilling cold oozing from the floor. For those who want to enjoy this cold, then this is necessarily not a con.

  Very poorly Maintained

  Very poorly maintained Rooms and bathrooms with Brocken chair light switches 2" top off bed Bathroom not very clean Broken sinks I will not be staying in hotel again full stop I would not recommend this hotel to anyone keep ways. Very slow services it takes 3h to bring anything E.G. Hands towel.

  Excellent Hospitality

  One of the best hospitality i have seen in budget hotel.Staff are willing to help.they are very polite and cooperative.food is very tasty and fresh.rooms are very clean.location is also great.I recommend this place for family.

  Poor service, good rooms and location

  The room was good but they have pathetic services. There is no intercom facility, payment only through cash, no in-room services. The breakfast was finished in half an hour and refill took another hour, poor quality of food. Basic things like butter was finished. They take over capacity then they can manage. Average quality of room with no in-room toiletries. When asked for a soap, they said its finished. Good thing is the location and parking space. Rooms are average size, Okay for money charged
