  Lagos visit

  The hotel staff were friendly well informed and accommodating. The first room offered wasnt what I wanted but they changed the same day and the new room was perfect, didnt have the view I was hoping for but satisfactory. The room was cleaned every time we left. If you are ever in Lagos this hotel is inexpensive and perfect.

  The swimming pool is of good size and effectively treated to suit the comfort of their Guests.

  wowow the best among the best...the hotel is among the best in Nigeria is the perfect hotel if you are travelling to Lagos Nigeria. if you want to visit the center of excellent don;t fail to lodge at this perfect hotel,,,,,,

  Good potential let down by surly front desk.

  Spent 3 nights with them. The facilities are alright, the room clean and the location good although my room faced the busy, noisy road. The breakfast is also reasonable and the serving staff polite. However, the front desk is a disaster. Those staff members are surly, half asleep and reluctant to help, roll their eyes and look away if you question their attitude. Porters and any other misc staff insist on listening in on any front desk query ("we work as a team"). No manager was available to escalate. No late check-out beyond 10 am - full -rate charged beyond that. I would avoid this hotel in the future unless you are on a tight budget and are prepared to be humbled by the front desk.

  Used their Conference facilities

  Hosted a 2 day event in their conference room. Space was good, responsive staff, but the food required some improvement and this was sorted by day 2. Their deserts are not impressive and female restroom doors dont lock!!! Will likely use them again though if they get sorted.

  THIS IS NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL

  Avoid this hotel. It's like a bad 2-star hotel. It's shoddy, smells rancid inside the rooms, nothing quite works and about half of the staff are really sullen, almost hostile. The toilet seat in my room wasn't screwed on so it fell off; flies came up through the sink; there was no cold water in the tap and the hot water tap was too (boiling) hot to touch; there was flooding on the stairs which made it incredibly dangerous; one of the lifts kept malfunctioning; the windows didn't close properly so mosquitos came in; my daughter was served a dish of pink, rubbery chicken (which is poisonous); they overcharged in the restaurant and argued with you when you pointed it out; whatever you ordered, they got it wrong; the television remote control didn't work; the safe was broken; they didn't replace towels; and they didn't replace coffee sachets. Two good things: clean sheets and good air conditioning. Avoid this hotel. It's the worst kind.
