  I cant even explain this. Although the staff were friendly, nothing worked at the hotel. The room was freezing( centrally controlled air conditioning system that even the staff didnt understand how it works), bathroom looked aged and ancient and also freezing. We ordered our dinner and didnt get it until after 2hrs.... let me not forget to add that we had to settle for what they had as our choices were not available. The television wasnt working, no towels in the bathroom. Called to complain about this but as expected only the towels were brought, they completely ignored the complain about the television. Very limited choices at the breakfast buffet as well. I'm still quite shocked as i expected better. To end this i and the kids got mosquito bites over night

  Fantastic Hotel

  My stay in the hotel was lovely and great, I stayed 3nights and the amenities were very satisfying. Room was very neat and comfortable. Overall service was unique. I once heard about their hot water issue but throughout my stay, that was never a problem, I believe the issue has been fixed.

  Wonderful Experience

  I really had a nice time with good and tasty meal in a serene environment. Their front staff keep wearing a smiling face to welcome me. I look forward to having a wonderful time again. Westown Hotel , a place to be.

  Very Nice

  The hotel is very modern, clean and stylish. The staff are amazing with great customer service. I love the rooftop bar, pool and Chinese restaurant, a great place to entertain guests. Highly recommended.

  Terible

  I booked through Hotel.com and made payment to spend one night (14th of February 2019) in the hotel. I got to the hotel but was refused entry by the security men on duty with the excuse that the hotel has been sealed by the Lagos State Government for non payment of tax. I have made several efforts to get a refund on the money paid for the accommodation but they have refused to respond to my mail.
