  Buen hotel. Personal muy agradable

  Estuve alojado en este hotel 3 días y me gustó. Hotel grande, con buenas instalaciones, parking gratis... el wifi funcionaba muy bien. Las habitaciones grandes y limpias tenía una piscina abierta hasta tarde. por ponerle un 'pero'... el gimnasio cerraba por las noches y de hecho cerraba muy pronto así que no pude disfrutarlo por el resto todo muy bien Muy buen elección

  Lovely conference center, ample parking, excellent staff, delicious food

  As a conference/event center this place has app 400 rooms, a saltwater pool with 4 swimming lanes, a small hot tub, health club, bar/pub and buffet dining options. Everything at the conference I attended was impeccable and the staff were very accommodating, even helped me change my room when I couldn't sleep due to road noise from nearby 495 that is very close and parallel to this place on at least 2 sides! Ask for a room on the 4th floor or the "quiet wing" -rooms 101-141. A Market Basket, Marshalls and Home Goods, plus restaurants are walking distance around the corner.

  Great staff

  The staff here is great, Josh at the front desk checked me in quickly and made sure I got a room that I was comfortable in. The hotel itself is old and needs renovation but the staff makes this place great!

  Clean and Convenient

  Pet friendly hotel and conference center where I have stayed while attending the Greater Boston Labrador Retriever Club Specialty Show. Staff is very nice and extremely accommodating. Plenty of ground to walk your dogs. BUT, if you don't like dogs don't stay here June 10-12 - there will be lots of beautiful Labs here!!

  Our event went great for the 6th year in a row at the Westford Regency!

  For the sixth year in a row, my family and I ran a large gathering of musicians (fiddle, guitar, mandolin, banjo, cello, singers) in November, 2019, at the Westford Regency, where we took over the whole conference center as well as all of the sleeping rooms (some recently redone). We were there from Thursday morning through Sunday night. It was a real pleasure to work with Shannon, Kim, Ashley, Amy, and Tanya from sales, event, reservations, and operations management as we planned the 4-day gathering. They were very helpful in planning and proposing ideas, and were able to accommodate all our requests, including a few last-minute ones. This year, our event had 850 attendees and 510 different sessions including a fiddle concert and dance on Saturday night. We had great support from the various event managers and their crews on duty throughout the weekend. They were friendly, helpful, professional, available, and worked hard to make sure all set-ups were perfect as the event unfolded. Thanks to Vessy and Tran and the set-up crews (Reggie, Francisco, and Nick); and also to the concessions staff (led by Teresa). I mention all their names here because these people (and more behind the scenes) all worked hard to make our event a success. The front desk people (Josh, Tessa, Asha, Andy, Laura, Yara) were friendly and good at helping people out; we felt very welcome despite the somewhat unusual nature of our event. We found the 14 function rooms (and 7 suites and rooms) we occupied to be convenient and nicely sized for the event, and the hotel provided a grand piano (recently tuned) for our use. The 900 chairs we requested were comfortable, the downstairs hallways were wide and uncrowded, and the two water stations were continually restocked for us during the entire four day event. To speed things along, the hotel provided quick dinner buffets on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and also sold sandwiches, pizzas, snacks, coffee, fruit, and more in the hallway outside our registration room - excellent food and very good value! We didn't spend much time sleeping since the music jam sessions went late every night, but our rooms were very clean and the beds were great. All in all, it was an excellent festival for the musicians young and old, and we felt that we got very good value for the money for the function rooms and the sleeping rooms. The location is fine for people coming from all over the Northeast; it is just off route 495 between routes 2 and 3, and the 900 parking spaces surrounding the hotel were very convenient. Were reserving again for November of 2020 and I wouldnt hesitate to give the Westford Regency my very high recommendation as a comfortable, friendly, and affordable venue.
