  Confortable, limpio, tranquilo,,,

  Amplia habitación, bien iluminada, con los muebles que se necesitan, y lo que siempre destaco y que es lo que más me importa de un hotel, es la limpieza, el baño, la ropa de cama y toallas impecables. Te dejan café y si quieres llevar mascotas lo puedes hacer también, el precio es muy conveniente, lo recomiendo.

  Cómodo y limpio

  Tal como debe ser, servicio rápido y amable dn la recepción. Habitación limpia y cómoda. Buen precio. Todo muy bien . Están renovando el hotel, pero el ruido no nos afectó. Nuestra habitación no estaba en el mismo edificio que el casino, así que no escuché ningún ruido de gente jugando.

  Perfect in almost every way

  PROS: Very friendly staff from check-in to housekeeping; room was very clean; all special requests were met; large TV; hair dryer and coffee maker; casino very impressive with a huge variety of gaming. We will be back! CONS: NOT THE HOTELS FAULT that people with dogs (usually huge) do not clean up poop in pet area. We do think since this is a major issue, the hotel should ensure maintenance staff clean pet area at least twice a day. Who ARE these people who think it's okay to leave their giant labs poop??!!!; no microwave

  Hotel great, staff not so much

  Checked in and could not hear staff with mask on and behind plexiglass. Had to ask to repeat everything. Directions absent as to where we could eat, etc. Staff was not the least bit friendly. I was going to be there less than 5 minutes but was handed a mask with a not so pleasant man. At check out the next day, staff was still not friendly or helpful. Could not understand anything with a muffled face. Spoke with a whisper and strong accent. Room was very nice and convenient for older couple. Clean and quite spacious room.

  Overall a Good Stay

  Compared to where we have been staying in Reno, this is a better alternative for the price. Having the small lake view was really nice. The staff was very accommodating as to the location of our room, so that we could have a top floor and still see our vehicle from the room. The room appeared clean, although our clock had been left on the floor beside the desk. The shower was hot. The TV and frig worked well, but it would have been nice to have a microwave. We could not initially locate any soap which we thought was odd. Later, my husband reached up for a towel that was over the toilet. The top towel was folded with the soap on top. Since he couldn't see it, the soap toppled off and landed in the toilet. It would have been better placed on the bathroom counter. The bed was decent and our stay was quiet. Our only real complaint would have been the pillows. While there were a lot of them, they were extremely flat and hard. I would definitely bring my own from home if staying here again. Also not sure how often security makes rounds in the parking lot, but when we awoke at 5am there was a homeless purpose meandering in and out between the cars. He seemed to be checking the ground for maybe coins or cigarettes, but we still didn't appreciate him around our vehicles. It would also me nice if there would be a designated smoking area outside that was not next to the door. Each time we entered the motel we had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke. Not pleasant.
