  Great place!

  Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. 24/7 coffee bar - loved that. We were in town to visit with family we hadn't seen for years. It was nice to have a lobby area with chairs, couch and fireplace for visiting during this weird Covid time. Overall, nice place to stay and no complaints!

  Great Place If Visiting Deaconess Hospital

  This is a perfect place to stay if you or a family member has to visit or check into the Deaconess hospital. It's a very short distance away--easy to get back and forth. They even give you a discount if your visit is connected with a hospital visit. The staff is uniformly pleasant and helpful. The rooms are sparkling clean, While COVID-19 has cut out most typical amenities, we didn't really miss them. The rooms are very well sound-proofed and the bed is very comfortable. It did seem to me the tub/shower seemed deeper than most hotels and there are no grab-bars. The only drawback if you have someone in a wheelchair is the establishment has only one room on the main floor that is handicap accessible. Otherwise you have to deal with a flight of about four stairs at least (the inn has three floors). That one room is fully handicap arranged--shower etc., they tell me. If none of the handicap issues are a problem, then this is definitely the most convenient place to stay if your needs include a hospital visit for someone.

  Internet booking

  Wife booked trip for me mistakenly,using wrong date,she hurry and called the desk and they changed the date with no fuss,and I got a room that night,the staff was very understanding and mentioned the call and that everything was ok and that they had talked with my wife.

  Close to Hospital and good rates

  They were all very warm and friendly. They helped me find good place that delivered food. In the morning they steered me in the right direction for a great breakfast and have discount cards for several nice cafes downtown.

  Never Again!

  Well, this place was a big mistake! Room was clean, but the hotel is old and outdated, poorly decorated. Was awoken around midnight by loud chit-chatting outside our room. Opened our room door and it turned out that the voices were coming from the reservation desk - the clerk and a friend were just talking away! They did stop shortly after I talked to them about the issue, but then I couldn't get back to look sleep. By the way, the bed was horrible too! Won't be back!
