Exceptional Experience All the Way AroundWe stayed in a Manilow Suites one-bedroom condo at 77 W. Huron for the month of September while our own condo in Chicago's West Loop underwent remodeling. Our experience with both Manilow Suites and at 77 W. Huron was exceptionally positive all the way around. First - the Manilow Suites staff (especially Sarah!) worked very hard to find the perfect location for us that was dog-friendly and represented as close a match to the type of neighborhood we now live in so that our dog would be as comfortable as possible. I truly felt like Sarah and the rest of the Manilow Suites staff genuinely cared about us and our comfort for this one-month stay. Second - the 77 W. Huron location was perfect! Our one-bedroom condo had a beautifully modern kitchen with granite counters, new appliances and was suitably stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, etc. to allow us to prepare meals. A HUGE plus is the fact that there is a Whole Food grocery just 1/2 block from 77 W. Huron, making food shopping and preparation extremely convenient. Our unit had a small dining table with two chairs, and a new sofa and club chair to relax in. All furniture looked brand new and there was ample lighting between lamps and overhead fixtures. The queen bed in our unit had a cozy, fluffy comforter and a nice dresser and closet to stow clothing. Additional closet space was provided in the entry so we had more than enough closet space for business and casual clothing for the month. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and modern, with granite counters and ample towels. Cleaning service was provided once a week by an incredibly friendly gal named Lydia who went out of her way to ensure we had plenty of towels, blankets and anything else we might need. WiFi Internet enabled us to work from "home" and the wide-screen HD television with almost every cable channel you could want made "down time" relaxing. Our unit also had a small balcony that enabled us to step outside and enjoy the beautiful city view before retiring to bed. The 77 W. Huron location is an easy walk to Michigan Ave. for shopping and entertainment - as well as many restaurant/entertainment options on Clark Street. The lobby staff are extremely friendly and we also found the other residents in this 25-story building to be very friendly. Many owners have dogs but we never heard any other dogs barking in the building; nor did we have any problems with any other noise in the building. There is a fitness room, business center and laundry facilities - all making our one-month stay as convenient as possible. We were also able to secure indoor parking for a nominal fee ($260 for the month), so we could come and go with ease when we wanted to use our car. There is a LOT of cab traffic right in front of the building, so it was never a problem to jump in a cab to get where we wanted to go. All in all, our experience with Manilow Suites an 77 W. Huron was wonderful. I would highly recommend Manilow Suites and this location for any length of stay - business or personal.

Wonderful time in Chicago and at 77 West Huron!I really liked this building. Everyone was very nice and welcoming while we stayed awaiting the birth of our first grandchild! If you are young, don't let the word grandchild scare you. They have a majority of young single professionals and young couples and all nice to chat with when coming and going. The building had a special event while we were here that we attended, Oktoberfest, and it was an exceptional event. I also like that the building has many occupants with dogs. Our dog, Quigley- golden retriever, thinks Chicago is the Bomb with so many dogs not only in our building but on the street. They even give treats to the dogs and greet them by name! The amenities in this apartment building were super - in door/out door pool, excellent fitness room with a view of Chicago, roof top deck with an excellent view and nice flower potted landscape and great grills. Even the laundry room had excellent views. Also this location is close to everything - shopping, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The building was very clean and well maintained. I worked from here for the month we were staying and the internet service was extremely reliable which was very important. Maid service also excellent as well as the unit being very inviting and well equipped. Everything was seamless and pleasant from booking through the end of our stay. It was a nice fit for us! I've never written a review on the internet before but our stay deserved it. To top it off the weather has been pretty great most of the time while we were in Chicago.
