  Disgusting

  I'm not sure if the person who checked us in spoke English, he only told us the room number and pointed to the direction our room was. The room was so dirty we knew immediately that we were not staying. The rooms are old and outdated, but beyond that, the floors and walls were filthy, the bathroom was not cleaned and the bedding was so bad I wouldn't even sit on it had I stayed long enough to sit. Theres no way it would pass code if there is such a thing. This is my first review ever, it was so disgusting I have to let people know. My husband and I slept in our Jeep instead. There were no rooms available anywhere else. Very lame. You couldn't pay us to stay there. So gross. Zero rating.

  Not clean

  They seriously need to update the photos of this hotel. So I have taken a few from my recent stay and uploaded them. your welcome... Super smokey non smoking room. They also offer a breakfast for free...not even for free would I eat this (and when it comes to free buffets I am not ever the one to pass up a free breakfast buffet so....)

  DO NOT STAY! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT and DIRTY HOTEL

  A visiting basketball team came to the small community to play at a basketball tournament at the school. The coach informed the manager that the bedding was dirty and she requested new blankets. The Manager, Kenny, yelled at her and was extremely disrespectful and angry that she requested new blankets.. Then the coach was trying to feed her team and again, the management was rude and angry that they were using the facility. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in and business but especially in a business that is suppose to make their guests feel comfortable. The locals wonder why people don't want to come to Jackpot anymore and this is one example why. The management is terrible and the rooms dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

  Quiet Large Rooms

  We stay here almost each time we go to Jackpot. The rooms are quiet, nice and large. I love the TV, & they got us extra pillows & other things we requested. Very nice staff. Casino downstairs is cool. It pays out really good! It's a good time here! Very reasonable rates.

  Good for one night.

  Right on the border of Nv and Idaho. Small casino with maybe 9 slot machines inside. Check in was easy, fast and front desk is supper friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, with basic toiletries. Breakfast was a bagel/cream cheese/fruit/coffee and juices. (To go due to covid). It was just 3 open casinos/hotels opened right next to each with walking distance. Is a good place to stop for the night or if you love gambling a nice weekend away. Nothing else really to do just gamble. The hotel has yummy food at the casino/bar. Its a small place with all you need for the night.
