  Great Stay!

  This place is very peaceful and relaxed. It's clean and tidy znd overall great experience. The views in the morning and evening are amazing and it's very quiet. Highly recommended especially for couples looking to find a little bit of peace and quiet

  Wonderful villa

  It was enjoyable 5 nights for 5 family members with well and full equipped villa especially the kitchen , nice view at black river ,pool and restaurant was awesome appreciate Mr Viknesh for his full support

  Excellent!

  All is perfect from the beginning of the booking. Warm welcome from Mr Viknesh, that shows you the apartment. Beautiful bright and spacious apartment with all what you can need. There are 2 wide bedrooms with private bathroom and big comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, washdishes and washing machine. Wonderful terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy your dinner. All around is quite and paceful. You can relax in the beautiful pool near the restaurant looking the black river. The house is equipped with towels for the pools area. We high recommend this apartment, it is the perfect place for who wants to explore the nature of this beautiful island or for who needs to relax and regenerate.

  Maintenance is non existant

  on arrival the security just opens the gate without knowing who you are. Then finding the office eventually there was nobody to be found for over 30 mins just an empty office. After a quick tour and shown to our Duplex we wanted a shower only to find the towels must have been 10 years old with holes in them that you could fit your fist through. the hand towel were so stained that they looked filthy. we then went shopping as it was self catering and came back to fill the fridge not very cold.the following morning we discovered it was not working. this then took 4 days before another fridge was brought in. the next day there was no WiFi and no hot water. The geyser had broken (and dripped water onto the electric box underneath) so we had no hot water to shower or wash dishes. only the next day were we moved by the manager to an apartment who proudly showed us that the showers had hot water. Then I checked the kitchen - no hot water in fact no water coming out of the hot tap. Only 2 days later was it fixed. all these units seem to be in a poor state and need extensive maintenance and I would never consider buying at La balise marina

  Beyond expectation

  We went there with a group of friends for 2 nights. Everything was much better than expected. The service and welcome were top notch. The apartments were as described. The views from the apartment were stunning. Absolutely loved our stay here. We also got a warm welcome from the the Resort Manager, Mr Vikesh. Would definitely recommend it for a stay!
