  Its a MOTEL!

  I booked this hotel while attending a seminar in Laoag City together with 7 of our office personnel. It was a total dismay when we reached the place realizing its a MOTEL! But anyway we checked in and there were only two employees and no guards, we have to carry our heavy bags to our rooma on the second floor with no elevator. While we stayed for 4 nights our room was never cleaned nor linens and towels changed!

  Gross Negligence in Booking Process

  We booked 3 rooms in this "hotel" and even called them to confirm our booking. We called them in advance to tell them we will be arriving late and asked them if that was okay, they said its okay. Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff told us there are no available rooms left! Imagine having to go through all the trouble only to find out your reserved room is not available anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Please find another one. We ended up looking for another available hotel at 12 midnight

  Unclean

  Outside areas are maintained but rooms arent clean. Dont think they have any housecleaning staff. On Arrival one evening we checked inand the bed covers where dirty. The bathroom mirror hadnt be properly cleaned was full of water marks. We stayed there for a week and a half and the room didnt get clean once or the sheets even didnt get changed once. We had to ask for clean bath towels. Breakfast came every day from about 6/6.30am and it was delivered from jollybee. We just used the place to crash for the night its basic

  "POOR REVIEW -- NO WONDER" Ill-mannered staff

  Room was okay, but I couldn't take how the staff treat us. So if you are planning to take this place make sure you are on your most expensive dress with your luxurious wheels. Before we leave the place the staff are mocking us especially the guy/gay is insinuating. Travelling with motorcycle doesn't mean "You are Poor"

  TERRIBLE MOTEL NOT WORTH BOOKING!

  We booked this motel thru booking.com amd we even called them in the afternoon for the confirmation of the booking and they said yes it is available. When we arrived at 6pm, the motel staff said they are fully booked and they cant accommodate us because they already sold it to walk in guests. LIKE WT*?? We already paid it online and now you guys telling me that no rooms are available for us?! You guys are good scammers and worth checking in! Staffs and lady owner are rude and ill mannered! THEY EVEN DIDNT GIVE US ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION FOR THE NEGLIGENCE AND MESS THEY DID! I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND THERE'S A LOT OF CHEAP AND GOOD HOTELS NEARBY LAOAG MARKET. VERY VERY POOR MOTEL!!
