  Recomendable!!!

  Excelente ubicación y muy comodo el departamento. Super equipado, lavavajillas, lavarropas,heladra, freezer, microondas, etc. Ideal Pareja joven ya que hay que subir 2 pisos por escalera. Especial para gente que viaja liviana de equipaje.

  Perfect location, beware the stairs!

  I stayed here twice, both for nights out in west end. One night was in Leicester square and the apartments are directly on the square which was great. The apartments are really modern and clean with all the stuff youd expect to find in a kitchen. Booking and checking in was easy but the only issue were the stairs. Im a fit young lady and even I found the stairs (if you are on a high floor) to be a complete nightmare. There is also a funny smell in the stairwell but I never smelled this in the apartments. In terms of price (I got a really good last minute deal) and location this apartment was just what we needed for a night out in west end.

  Mixed feelings

  I booked through Agoda. This was the first time I had used Agoda and will probably be the last. Whilst the apartment was extremely cheap for its location £120 for one night) they failed to send me full instructions via email as part of the booking conformation including ID verification. So after discovering who to phone to resolve this (Q Apartments) the person who I spoke to was very helpful. Having said that, a couple of phone calls were made about this. Once I finally got the correct confirmation information and was able to check in things were fine. Good job we were able to manage the stairs as there were a lot of them (around 40-50 Id say). Gaining access into the actual apartment was also interesting... I was expecting a key rather than an electronic key lock but thank goodness for instructions on the apartment door, thats all Ill say! Pity they couldnt have extended it by displaying how to lock the door after but after a few attempts of trying this and that we fathomed it out. The apartment was really clean and very modern looking. Cant fault anything in the apartment really except the check out: when you are informed that you need to check out by 11am but have people (it appeared to be the housekeeping team wondering why we were still there... twice!) banging on the door from 8:30am its quite annoying really, especially as the housekeeper attempted to just walk in after a faint knock as I had just got out the shower! We finally checked out at 10am. No issues with the WiFi either. The verdict? As someone of reasonable intelligence it made the whole experience quite stressful! So much for a relaxing night away from home. This isnt the first time I have stayed in an apartment like this however the basic instructions seem to be severely lacking. Finally, after reading through other comments left about this apartment (some dating back to 2015) it appears that several people have experienced similar issues along this line over the past few years (learning from past issues obviously not a strong suit for this company). Next time I think Ill happily pay the extra for a hotel in a nearby location... at least theyll allow you to leave your bag there before/after you check in/out so you dont end up having to carry it round London with you.

  Birthday trip

  Bit of mixed feelings about the apartment we stayed in,for location you can not get better,very clean and tidy but also very very worn,it could do with a bit of decorating and a new door, screws we're hanging out of the sides of the bath and no grab rail,and just be aware we had 4 flights of stairs to climb up,we had the first flat the others had more stairs,not easy when you have osteoarthritis, and no we were not made aware of this at any time.

  West End part of The Georgetown Collection. Washington DC

  Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Location-great. Easy walking distance to Foggy Bottoms metro. We walked to most tourist areas around the White House. 10 minutes away from Georgetown shopping. Kitchenette is small, but great coffee machine downstairs. The best asset of this hotel is the friendly staff especially Edmond and Ethel who went out of their way to meet our needs. Will definitely stay here if I visit Washington DC again.
