  Good hotel for this area but

  I am here for business , the rooms OK and price for this area fine. But I need my gym , this hotel have actually a great one. But its dirty , really dirty , sometimes I dont want to touch the screen off the treadmill , every week I am here at least for 3 days. I keep mention about show them picture , but they give a crab, reception well receive the info but no action. This guys at the gym just playing with the phone , asking for a towel , so thats I can clean is just a laugh for them. Management F

  Good 4.5 Star

  I'll say this is the only hotel that doesn't smell like an old cigarette. The room is clean and the executive floor has a private lounge with free drinks and food. I felt comfortable in this hotel, except for the fitness centre on the 3rd floor. Where on earth do you find gym instructor asking you whether you're looking for a drink with women accompanying you on the gym floor? The gym is just some equipment thrown in an open area with KTV and bar next to it. Weird!

  First and last stay for me

  The hotel is large, we had a suite large room! Sent many emails from the UK trying to book a conference room but none of them were replied to! Room was good, big enough apart from the charging points no were near the bed! Evening dinner buffet was poor, only arrived at the hotel around 8pm and there was hardly much left but maybe Im just picky! Buffet breakfast but again nothing much to eat! However managed to find a Starbucks down the road, can you believe it!! However staff were great, and convenient to where we needed to be for meetings. Just need to stop letting guest walk around the hotel smoking, this is disgusting!!!

  Good Hotel for Area

  We stayed three nights, the front desk did an excellent job of receiving us. The #22 rooms one on each floor I was in 1922 has great space, bedroom and living room separate. I putting green to practice. The restaurant were excellent - we eat at both the Japanese and Chinese restaurants. Also connected to Karaoke lounge on main floor. Tons to do in this place - great temporary home.

  Great hotel

  Stayed here for two nights. Room was plenty big enough Breakfast buffet -delicious and very reasonably priced (about $10aud) Front desk manager, she is amazing, sorry missed her name. Speaks great English, and so very attentive. She looked after us amazingly. Went to the bar for a karaoke night, well stocked bar, with great cocktails. Would highly recommend this hotel for travellers. Thanks Wellton, well done!!
