  Never staying here again! MInimal customer service effort...

  Be warned - the linens may not be clean. The pillows in our room had obviously not been laundered. When we asked for clean ones, they only had shams, and acted put out to have to find clean ones. Another colleague found blood on the sheets in her room and had to ask for new sheets. The walls are thin and hallway echos and you hear everything in the hall and sometimes adjoining rooms. At night, the car gate is squeaky and loud to the point that you are woken up. Wifi sometimes barely works - not fast enough for Skype. Reception is often gone and you have to wait there for them for 15-20 minutes. The breakfast staff are useless. One morning the staff stood in front of the toaster and literally did nothing while my toast was burning. I stayed in a room with a colleague to try to save money by splitting the cost of the room, but was only later informed about the increase of fee, which was almost as high as if I had stayed in my own room. There was no effort made to tell me about the price difference and no customer service ethic when I complained about the lack of notice. I was told at check in that it was 105,000 shillings a night discounted for a group, but was told upon check-out that bizarrely if two people stay in one room, you must pay 150,000 shillings a night with no discount possible. This makes no sense to me, and the receptionist was unhelpful, just demanding the extra money even though I was clearly displeased with other issues with the room as well. Oh - and after a long day traveling or at work, you will not find a beer here, as I was informed pertly that this is a "Christian" establishment that has no alcohol. There is no food after 9pm either. So if you are relying on arranged transport, expect limited refreshments, and no restaurants or shops nearby to get anything. Steer clear!

  Great Place To Stay In Gulu

  Wellspring is in a quiet area, easily accessible,clean rooms and environment the staff were friendly and the food is really delicious....overall the experience was amazing ...I will definitely go back

  Value for money

  Things were in place and the shower was surprisingly good, it only takes a bit of time to heat up. I received a small discount and considering the price it was value for money. Breakfast was simple but ok.

  Es un buen Hotel, ubicado en un lugar relativamente central, lo que permiten en 20 minutos ir caminando al centro. La habitación para una persona es amplia y cómoda, al igual que el baño, que es bastante espacioso.

  Discover luxury

  One of the best and most luxurious rest place. It's really quiet and clean with beautifully cozy bedrooms. The receptionist really gave me a joyful welcome and quality customer care all through my stay. You won't regret booking this hotel.
