  Stay here!!

  The property has the best location, few minutes walk from Myeongdong Station Exit 2. So many places to eat nearby. Staff were super nice, always willing to help. No problem with speaking in English. Wifi was fast, free breakfast (unlimited supplies of tea, coffee, butter, jam, bread & milk. Free luggage storage is a plus. Our room was upgraded to a room of 5 (from room of 4). Easy check-in & check-out. Well-recommended place to stay.

  Great place!

  Great value for money. The rooms were clean and space was enough to move around. They have a little dining are where you can enjoy your bread/cereal and coffee for breakfast or eat your takeouts. The owner was friendly and very accommodating. He helped us with some tourist spots and how to get there. The place was right across Myeongdong area so shopping was easy for us. We loved our stay there and we'll definitely be back! I wouldn't recommend this place though for those who have a difficult time climbing the stairs since the guesthouse is on the 3rd floor of the building. The lift was for the luggges only. :)

  Clean, Comfy and Strategic location

  We are pretty used to small basic hotel rooms so for the price we paid we weren't expecting much. However.... The owner is so friendly and kind, the place is clean! Help yourself to breakfast of toast or cereal and head out for early brunch, lunch cos myeongdong is just a 10mins walk away. Take exit 4 from the train stn and the moment you see the pororo clock/north face cafe, just walk up a slight hill and you're there! Departing to Incheon Airport is a breeze as you can take the airport limo near the myeongdong station. Muslim travellers can also find a Muslim owned restaurant, Kampungku, a short 5mins walk down. You do need to climb up the stairs as there is only an elevator luggage. The soundproofing not so great as you can hear people walking along the corridor or closing doors but we had a restful stay here!

  Not clean!!!

  Unfortunately this was my worst choice for accommodation in my 16 years of backpacking and travelling. I was blinded by the 'superb' review on Booking.com (no idea how it resulted in this review score) but was very disappointed on arrival. I have travelled throughout SE Asia and never had to witness a urine stain on the bed sheet, pubic hair on the blanket and hair everywhere in the bathroom (shower wall, shower handle and lots in the drain). The rooms look very different from the pictures. ( Not sure where the airbrushed front photo was taken- there is no space like it). You will find that walls in the room have lots of stains and mould coming through behind the sky blue wall paper. The common area has a dining table but cramped - not that clean looking either, and again different from the pictures on the website. I am definitely happy with staying in small and modest rooms as long as it's hygienic. I have stayed in much nicer Guesthouses in Myeongdong for similar price in the past. I wish I had gone back to those instead.

  Amazing place to Stay in Seoul

  Perfectly located next to Myeongdong station (just five minuted walk), close to most of sightseeings and with everything necessaery by your hand. Beds, conditioner, good bathroom in the room and breakfast included. The host is extremely friendly and helpful!
