  Perfect

  My trip to this hotel dates back to Oct 2011. The years have passed and yet I remember this place so fondly,says a lot about this place. This place has charm for a group of people looking for something different- not the run of the mill 5 star experience. It was quaint, homely and very charming. Of course there were hiccups as all heritage hotels do. However it delivers on its promise- old world charm and great food. Back then we werent dying for wifi or network. We just needed a break and get away and we got it. We spent 5 days there with our 1 1/2 year old and didnt feel a day of dissatisfaction. It will always be a part of our special memories.

  Charming Olde Worlde feel

  We arrived from Goa airport during the middle of the day and the staff made us feel very welcome. We were actually staying the Pousada part of the hotel, which is about 50m from the reception where you sign in. The bed was comfortable and the room stayed cool using the fan. We very much enjoyed the food here as well which provided a good introduction to Goan vegetarian food. The location is excellent for most of the facilities of Panjim but does not offer the beach holiday that many coming to Goa might expect. Getting taxis or auto-rickshaws is easy and the staff are always helpful.

  The Right Choice

  We just spent 3 nights in the Panjim Pousada and were not disappointed we did. The Fontainhas area is the place to stay and this property (and sister properties) is in my opinion the best option. The property is well maintained, the room clean and air conditioned, and there was lots of hot water.

  Comfy living in Panjim Pousada

  Cosy rooms and courteous staff made my stay here memorable. Carved wooden furniture takes one back a few decades and adds to the fond memories. Very good location and a great place for casual walks and street photography.

  U r the history

  Ultimate place to stay in Panjim Better to stay on first floor Well maintained Little costly but with the value Breakfast included The location is to die far. Old word charm In the fontessa- the water source water stream - just 600 mtr form the place No car parking but its safe to place outside the hotel. We just hired the cab on rent @1,000 per day from airport. A lot of greenery and surrounding is very colourful Will surely go again and highly recommend
