  Very nice hotel for family

  Hi, thanks to hotel Welback residency staff members and all and hotel GM For special thanks.we are stayed for 3n 4days with 2 + 1child we enjoyed lot veg buffet breakfast + 2 English items and buffet dinner no need to go out side it's very reasonable.nice location with silent view and less crowded with junction easy to access.food is very tasty,location is good, helpdesk and daily room cleaning with nilgiri products, bonfire also complimentary depend on weather,no water problem,very good hotel with reasonable price in ooty I recommend to family and friends.thanks a lot.8097430834

  Honeymoon visit

  It was a pathetic service given to us specially during our candle light dinner, they started to serve at 8:45pm in our room itself and disappeared after giving soup, we waited till 10:30 to finish our dinner after I went down and shouted at them, there replies was its too busy here in f & b thats why they are delayed

  Great Location

  We had visited Ooty on Business in September and stayed at this hotel. It has a great location which is in the heart of the city, yet in a quiet area close to the shopping establishments and areas of tourist interest. The room that we stayed in had a small terrace and it with good views. As Ooty was quite cold, we were given a heater in the room and also hot water was made available to take a shower. Since we had driven down to Ooty, parking was available at the hotel itself. One definite thing to mention is that the food here is simply the best that I have had in Ooty - breakfast and dinner as well. Will definitely stay here again.

  Review about the hotel welbeck residency Hotel was vry Good neat & clean staff was very co operative specially Ershad sir and Sarika Mam Food was vry good thanks to Khan sir.Atmosphere of the hotel was vry nice

  Hotel review

  I highly recommend this hotel.Location is very accessible,near to both railway station and bus stand.Also auto stand is opposite to the hotel and the hotel itself has travel desk facility so transportation is hassle free.All the staffs are extremely polite and helpful.Spacious and clean rooms,gives vintage vibes.The food at the restaurant is superb. Also special thanks to Mr.Aravin for all the support. Our overall experience was very good, will definitely come here next time.
