  We have been going to sunny beach bulgaria for several years and staying at the wela hotel i am probably one of the luckiest people on this planet to discover the best finest hotel in sunny beach from my first visit at the wela hotel not just because you receive the best food accomandation service and it being the cleanest hotel probably in the whole of bulgaria but the staff are brilliant .the owner has not only made sure he has employed the best to work in his hotel including his 2 lovely sons but the whole of the hotel is run so friendly its more a second home this hotel can not be beaten in all it has to offer Milena is such a nice person and hard worker when you meet her you would not know she is the manager this hotel caters for all and welcomes everyone .familys.single people.couples.same sex couples dissabled. If you havent been to this hotel then you are missing out on 100% . You might be getting 90% service from the other hotels in bulgaria sunny beach which are brilliant but i myself say you get what you pay for if you want the best visit the wela . I will be going there till the day i die as i think i deserve the best .thank you to everyone at the wela hotel for everything but a special thank you to the owner for employing you all best wishes always See you all soon and hopefully everyone reading this will be booking to come and experence what i do the best xx

  IT could be better

  just returned from the Wela Hotel, in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, where I paid for 2 adults and 2 children, 5 and 2 years, 880 euros. Overall it wasn't bad, but there were things I didn't like. Accommodation is only at 14, if you want faster, you are asked 10 or 20 euros. The bracelet is also given after 2 pm, so you miss lunch and enter with dinner (there are snacks from 12 to 18 at a restaurant for snacks). Large room, beds for each family member, cleaning up to 3 days, towels changed on request. For peace of mind, I would not recommend overlooking the pool. Not many dishes but fresh and tasty, less cakes and fruits about 2-3 kinds. Distance to the beach 8-10 min. Parking 70 euros, near the hotel, without a voucher (it is cheaper nearby). Two sun loungers and a 27-seater umbrella, wide sandy beach and soft sea entrance. What displeased me the most was that when we left, we cut our bracelets at 12 o'clock, so that we would not benefit from lunch, except for a few euros. I do not go back to them .... there are better hotels and with policies oriented to the satisfaction of the clients, not their denial ...

  Everything was good, except a few minuses

  Everything was good - apartments, variety and taste of food, quality of alcohol drinks, animations. It was important for us that food was available almost all the time However, there were some things that could be better: 1. Deck chairs around swimming pool were occupied by guests' towels all day and night, so it was hard to find free ones. It should be controlled somehow like in other hotels 2. Animators sometimes forget to mention some guests' countries during roll call

  Amazing hotel with great stuff and delicatese food

  Just returned from amazing holiday in this hotel, we got fantastic deluxe room on the 5th floor, very spacious, perfectly clean, with balcony and sea view - very happy with the cleaning lady and the quality of our beds. All inclusive was just a dream - son is 17, that means a lot of meat and daughter is vegan, that means lot of veg, everyday fish on menu, and great range of salads and fruits, and everything so yummy. All stuff on hand all the time, customer oriented and very nice to everyone - if you can imagine, they did help with the food to everybody due to covid restrictions from behind of Plexiglas . No problem at all - they provided best service possible. Very relaxing holiday for all ages. Nice and clean beach in few minutes walk. Dream holiday for the money.
